Burnt food, missing some of my order. Worst service ever. Will NEVER go back!!! And this is the 3rd time this has happened. Just HORRIBLE!!! They need to fire management or just shut the doors.
The wait time is beyond belief. I'm talking 15 minutes plus. On top of that I only received half my order. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed I didn't have any of my sides. So I decided to look at the chicken and it was so dried out and the biscuit too. So I basically waited nearly 20 minutes for burnt chicken and biscuits. When I went back they wanted me to pull up behind another car where there was no room. The entire experience was awful. And they almost forgot my sides...read full review
Have been calling all day....no answer. Wanted to inquire/order a fried turkey.
