Was excited to find boiled crawfish in the off season from Louisiana. They were a decent size and very clean.Spice and flavor were also good. But at least 15-20% were not edible (dreaded straight tails) makes me a bit apprehensive to buy again.
I've eaten your craw dad's for years and have been very satisfied, but I bought 2 bags at Walmart today and unfortunately in one of the bags it was 75% claws, and 25% craw dad's, I'm sure it was a bags from the bottom barrel. I will still continue to buy your craw dad's, but I'm definitely gonna keep my eyes open for the claws from now on, 20 dollars a bag is a lot for claws. Thanks for your product, you definitely have the best craw dad's...
The already cleaned tails are very good for ettouffe,but the bag of whole crawfish need to be powerwashed very dirty,has a good seasoning on them but too dirty water was black when cooked
