This is where the locals dine. Biscuits so fresh, the thickest pancakes I have ever seen, these ain't no flap jacks. The eggs come as you order them. So much bacon fried crispy, endless coffee refills all for 6-8 bucks. I doubled the cost at the counter in tips. Well worth it. I can't wait until my next trip to eat breakfast at Ruby's. I hear they serve an equally amazing lunch!

Went for breakfast and ate inside! Great place, nice decor with a small town country dinner feel! The food was good, although I prefer sausage in my biscuit gravy it was ok! They put too much over the biscuits though and the ham portion was rather small...but overall breakfast was hot and filling.

One of the best places in Eunice for breakfast and lunch:) When you butter and toast the buns and deep fry the bacon you get the award for best bacon cheeseburger if I’m a judge😉

This woman is horrible when it comes to customer service. The owner is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever had to conduct business with. I walked in to get an order and she was standing at the register playing on her phone. She never acknowledged my presence. After about five minutes, I asked if my order was ready. Then she says oh now you said 10:40. We every month for our board meeting and everytime we go the order is not ready since she took over. Then we found out that the pork chop was missing from a plate. It only had rice and gravy and cabbage. When I called her back about it. She says, "Well y'all are just eating now." "If you would have checked it earlier and let me know that." Can you believe the stupidity and unprofessionalism. That ends our orders with this little rude , unprofessional woman.
