We ordered two of the same combo ($25), person at drive through only gave 1 order, went back through, the drive through. Showed my receipt, I told her we only got 1 order, she said, "oh we just forget to put the other order in the bag" No apologies for the mess-up!!! Told us to park and they would, walk it to us, a guy with eyeglass shows up by the edge of the building with a brown bag in his hand, waving it in the air for us to get out the vehicle and come get it, the order was different than the first order. The whole purpose of the drive through is you don't have to leave your vehicle. They need training in customer service. I was very skeptical about going back to tell them the order was wrong, because I didn't went to risk my food be contaminated because they probably was mad. (Late night blues)

I don't know what CRACK smells like but if I had to imagine, I would think it smelled like the dining area of this Taco Bell. The food was actually prepared pretty good. The area was dirty though. I dined in and was not given a tray which would explain why the tables were dirty. There was a substance on the window seal (picture). The crew here seemed to try to be good at their job but appears to be lacking leadership. I cleaned my table when done because i didnt want the next person to experience a dirty table. If i had a tray im sure the table would not have gotten messy in the 1st place. Bottom line, the food was good but the place needs to be cleaned up. I was on break and did not feel like driving to another establishment. I will revisit and update this review if it gets better next time.

Did not get all the food we ordered. Asked for a receipt when paying and told it was in the bag. Chicken Quesadillas that we ordered and received had almost no chicken or cheese - basically 2 tortillas stuck together with a little cheese. Recommended avoiding this Taco Bell.

I ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos, 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos. They were all listed for $1 on their value menu. The total came out to $14.56. How does a $6 order jump that high. The bag. 2 spicy potato soft tacos. were tasty. The 4 burritos....not sure what they were. Beef, Fritos,rice, cheese , sour cream. They were basically useless because neither my brother or I eat sour cream. But let me retract my statement, they were made so poorly, all the sour cream was at one end. So we were able to eat 75% of the burritos. I can not fault the taste though. They were very tasty. I will agree ....this is my worst Taco Bell experience in years.
This is the third time I’ve gone to Taco Bell and it’s always something but this by far has been the worse experience. I ordered a nacho Bell grande and two beef crunch burritos. I wasn’t not given my beef crunch burritos I was given two regular tacos then to make it better the man at the window was digging in his nose as he was handing out food. THEN my nachos had barely anything I would have been better ordering just chips. Usually I wouldn’t complain but every time I go it’s something.
