My husband and I went to the Eunice South Star Urgent Care today because we are both very sick. We have Bluecross Blue Shield insurance and Med Plus. We normally do not have to pay a co-pay. She told us we would both have to pay a hundred dollars or we.could leave our credit card so she could put it on record. I think not. While we were there a nice man of another race came in but had NO insurance and he was cared for and didn’t pay a dime.THAT IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD TODAY. I will not go there again
Worst experience ever. Arrived at 11am with flu-like symptoms. Was told I had a 2.5 hour wait. I asked if I could hold my spot and was told to register online. Portal said I would have an appointment at 3:40. It’s 5:30 and they JUST took me back. The patient 2 people in front of me was in the exam room for an hour after her 2.5 hour in-person wait. No one is in a hurry here and they are blasting a tv show with explicit sexual conversations on the TLC channel. I become angry and quizzed the receptionist. I was told that when I left, I had to start the wait system all over again. That was never said to me before. Unless you have 7 hours of free time, just wait for your GP to open!
My visit was very professional and efficient. definitely will be back.
worst place to come i do.not recomented at all these ladys have a very bad attitude they didnt even check my brother in all all they did is just give him a shot to get him out and told.him to come.back the tomorrow bc they had to leave
When I arrived, it took some time to get the keys (the new lady at the reception is not to blame). But then it turned out that the room was not ready, it looked like the last guest just left. And housekeeping folks were not on site anymore. It again took some time until the manager arrived and assigned me an alternate room, which was ok for two nights. Minimalistic breakfast.
We drove 3 hours to get there, and the lady behind the desk would NOT allow me to use the restroom in the lobby! She was very rude. Our room smelled like PEE, and we had to call the front desk to get towels in our room. We have family in Eunice, and we'll NEVER stay at a Best Western again!
Came in on company business to help with hurricane recovery. The closest I could get to Baton Rouge (2 hours away). I can't hold that against them. The company card wasn't approved, front desk staff called to discuss this. Didn't have to, but super nice to verify I was coming in! The AC and Wifi worked great. The major complaint was the cleaning staff need to be trained and checked (horrible cleaning)! The 12 pack of beer and gallon of milk in the fridge was a nice touch!
No Pillows! Had to shower in kids dirty bath water. Tub would not drain! A/C was barely cooling. Tv in zoom mode. Toilet ran wouldn’t flush. Green Pool. Card to room never worked had to walk to front desk to get in everytime
Bugs everywhere. Disgusting killed 7 roaches. Slept with the light on because I woke up numerous times throughout the night thinking of bugs. Do not stay here make another selection. Not worth your money or your points!!!
great price, and very clean! Soda machine was broken, which was a small inconvenience. Due to covid, the breakfast was skimpy. But the most important thing to me is safety and a clean room. And that it was!

We came as soon as the bed weather came and we sure glad we did!! We drove up and noticed how nice and clean the exterior and parking lot was!! Check in with hope was very fast and pleasant!! We told us about the best places to eat and gave us directions to anywhere we needed!!
They have awesome snow cones plus they honest hard working people
