I’ve always enjoyed the coffee and the ambience here but I had a very frustrating experience recently. On December 14th, I purchased a gift card from the shop for $25.00. When the recipient went to use it this morning, the staff told them there was no money on the card.
The recipient had my receipt as proof of purchase, but the issue was still not resolved. This created a social “Fau Paux” for my friend and me. I'd love for the shop to make this right by either...read full review
First of all the frozen coffee is not the best but I pass through Folsom everyday on my way to work and it’s the only place convenient for me. The place is very clean, warm and inviting on the inside. The young lady at the drive thru is super sweet. However this morning I had more time so I decided to go in.
