This evening I waited at the order board for 15 minutes. When I placed my order, the only side available out of 5 sides to choose from, was french fries (which would have been my 5th choice). To make a long story shorter, I paid $21.00 for two 3/piece chicken strips, with a side that got trashed and a dipping sauce I didn’t ask for! This is typical of this Popeyes. I’ve lived in this area for 15 years and almost every time I decide to take another chance, it fails me. I’ll never go back.

Came from Texas thinking I was about to receive an authentic Louisiana Popeyes experience. I arrived and there was no chicken ready at the time. Since I had already preordered on the app I decided to wait. After waiting for 30 minutes we received bland chicken and no honey packets. A Popeyes with no chicken🤔

Dwayland and the guy in dreads in back look like they keep food lined up. Our food was ready . It was hot and prepared quickly. Someone was out taking break but seems Wayland is running the show being so friendly and nice to take everyone order and preparing the orders. Thank you

Went to popeyes at 8pm. The worker gave us a heads up that anything we ordered would have to be dropped fresh to be cooked. I then proceeded to order the 6 piece Louisiana Garlic wings. She said that they were out of wings. I said “ok never mind, thanks.” As we pulled around, I could see inside the building through the window and the workers were cleaning up. Keep in mind, they do not close until 11pm. So I don’t understand why they were cleaning up so early and why they don’t have ANY meats, but they’re a chicken place. Where are the meats at? I am calling corporate tomorrow. This is unacceptable!

when we pulled up the 2 employees weren’t even inside and there was a line of cars. the food we got was so old we didn’t even eat any of it. the atmosphere smelt HORRIBLE. the inside was disgusting. this place was awful. i seriously don’t recommend it to anyone. and yk im being serious bc i never leave reviews.

We ordered on line using the app. We were told after arriving they could not fill our order. We attempted to cancel the order, reordered there. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. We checked our account the next day and we were still charged for the cancelled order. All attempts by email and app went unanswered. We finally got in touch with an actual person several days later. We were told it was too late to have a refund issued Glad they made their 25.00 off of us, plus the replacement order cost. We will no longer be doing business with Popeyes, too many other options available. Danny's and KFC are far more reputable and appreciate their customers.
