Forest Restaurant is a charming establishment with a diverse seafood selection, including delectable fried shrimp and oysters. The menu also features a tasty hamburger and delightful sides like fries, salad, and vegetable soup. Cajun specialties, such as the flavorful crayfish etoufee, are available, and the restaurant accommodates special requests for the younger diners. Customers can enjoy the option to take home frozen dishes, and the friendly service adds to the overall dining experience. The dessert menu boasts the indulgent Mississippi Mud Cake. While the tonic in the vodka tonic could be more effervescent, the overall experience at Forest Restaurant is highly enjoyable.
