I would normally give this place a better rating. But this past time I went to go and get my food. They gave me the bottom of the barrel food plus I chipped my tooth with the hard sesame chicken. Because they gave us food that was already prepared. Sitting there on the buffet when we ordered fresh food. And they did not give us fresh food. Let me tell you how much I love this place...about a year ago a friend and I were in town and hoping for a Chinese buffet and Google showed us City Buffet. Since then I have returned several times, today was just the latest. I live 25 miles away but drove to Franklin JUST for this restaurant. I paid less than $10 for take-out and that even includes soup! I have enough food for myself for numerous meals. Did I mention it was less than $10?! Got into town around dinner time and this place is right across from the motel. Ate here for lunch and dinner and both times was awesome. Nice and hot, good variety for size of place. Very friendly staff.
