Great people and probably the best commercially made deer sausage I ever had. It's phenomenal. I'm sure they're not the cheapest I'm also sure they are the best I've had and they taught me a valuable lesson and changed how I process deer. He commented on the missing ribcage on a deer I brought in and I told him I threw it away with the guts and he said man don't do that! Bring them in and I'll get you another 7 pounds of meat. Needless to say I haven't thrown any away since.

Definitely one of the best specialty meats stores around! Super friendly staff! I personally purchased smoked deer sausage, but there is a plethora of items available. Would highly recommend, will definitely be a recurring customer.P.S. There are snack sticks (Jerky/Cheese) available. Zero preservatives!
