Incorrect order. Order then replaced with old bun soaked in mustard, taste bad. The order was a plain Quarter pounder. Took one bite then trashed. WASTE $7
Went again today, years later and it's even worse then before. How can you mess up such simple stuff? Trash.

I've lived in franklinton all my life and never seen staff just not care like I did tonight. 7pm on Feb 24. My wife ordered the quarter pounder deluxe and it was raw to the point of falling apart. Only reason mine wasn't was because it was such a thin patty. I know it's a fast food place but at least make sure your grill is set right. Oh not to mention the guy I saw go to the bathroom and walk back out with hands as dry as he went in and immediately started handling food. Check y'all's cameras. I'm sure they caught everything. Awesome remodel though
