This is the worst Popeyes chicken ever in the world. The staff is the most rudest disrespectful people I have ever met in my life. It needs to be shut down immediately. They will tell you if you don’t like the way they handle their business can leave and go somewhere else. Play someone help these people 6008. They need severe training.

This Popeyes has been barely decent for years and today we ordered tenders and wings, wings had strange tasting batter as if they are adding their own seasoning. Not good at all. Tenders were a 3 piece with only two edible ones. The other one in the box looked disgusting. Will attach a photo. Management is clearly either not hiring workers that care about the quality of the food or it isn’t taught. I’ll never pull thru this store again from years of bad experiences. Just for the record this was before lunch rush on a Sunday and also had to pull up for fries and incorrect sauces were also given. This is pretty common at this location. $30 worth of food we didn’t eat. Red beans also tasted old

Drive through service has a culture of not getting orders through efficiently. Been there on multiple occasions and have come to realize that it's the culture. Even during times when it's not busy. Even when there is only one vehicle with no one inside, you have to wait ten minutes or sometimes more just for someone to take your order. Ridiculous!!!

⚠️ Heads up, y’all! Please be careful using your credit or debit cards at the Popeyes on 1420 Washington st. Franklinton La.

We were there on October 26th around 3:15 PM, and something felt off , one of the employees took my sister’s card to the back, and another said, “No worries, I got you,” like it was normal. We actually watched the card being passed around.

Well… fast forward to today, and there was an attempted $600 charge on her card that thankfully got flagged and declined. 😡

We’ve already reported this to corporate and the bank, but please only use cash at this location (or anywhere you don’t fully trust). You never think it’ll happen to you until it does. Stay alert and protect your info! 💳🚫

Absolutely the worst service. I ordered online, gave my name at the drivers through when I arrived. I was told to pull up and they would bring it out to me. 12 people pulled through the drive through after that. As no one else was in line, I calked them from my car in the parking lot 20 minutes later to ask where my order was. Three Employees walked in and out all around me as I sat outside. No one asked me anything. They finally brought it out and said Sorry!! Unfortunately the worst service ever!!!!

Waited over an hour for a 6 piece chicken tender got forgotten and told it'll be ready in a few minutes it was not and still apparently they can't count because after all of that I still only got 5 chicken tender the most over priced shitbox of a popeyes I have ever been to in my life the on shift management offered us free drinks and pie for our wait and we only got drinks she at least was the most competent one there 0/10 will never be back

Very childish workers. At 613pm I walked in and used the restroom before I ordered and when I came out I went to get my husband so we can sit in and eat. But... the female ran to the door and locked it saying the lobby closed that early. They have bad hospitality anyways. But that's franklinton
