Every time I go there I am told they aren’t taking orders at the moment. They say they are closed just not taking orders. Then if you do get them to answer after 10pm you normally have to wait 5-10 mins just for them to come and tell you they can not take cash. One girl even said it’s because she counted her register already despite having 2 hours left on her shift.
This was the taco bell in Franklinton La. It was great. I mean,I have no complaints other than I couldn't go inside. I prefer to go in and order so I can check my order when I get it without bein rushed cause cars are behind me or havin to go back through drive thru I'd my order is wrong to get it corrected. I must admit, this location has gotten much better in customer service in recent months. It helps to have a kiosk to take orders as well when things get crowded. Food has always been on point.
