Went in tonight to get my usual and to my surprise there were only 2 workers for the night. The gal that helped me was amazing. She made sure my drink was ready really fast. If I am remembering right her name was Carlese. She always has the best customer service when I go in. The gals working here are always so friendly and kind when I come in. It never fails that it is insanely busy in the morning but that rarely seems to phase their attitudes. I know how tough it can be to manage a huge influx of customers with limited staffing. You all are doing a great job! Keep up the great work!
