About Starbucks

Starbucks has recently opened a new location that features a gorgeous interior and a friendly staff, despite the busy atmosphere. Customers have noted the positivity and friendliness of the employees, even during hectic times. However, some reviews highlight concerns about service, stating that in-person customers are sometimes ignored in favor of app orders. While the staff is friendly, many believe more employees should be assigned to assist walk-in customers. Additionally, the new matcha lavender oat milk drink has received mixed feedback, with some finding it lacking in flavor and quality compared to other locations. Overall, there are positives, but improvements are needed for a better customer experience.
