The Mardi Gras Burger, or Sour Cream Salsa Sub with onion rings, features two smash patties of beef and pork, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, pico de gallo, house sauce, served on a glazed king cake bun with a side of fries or onion rings.

We stopped in here on the way to work and let me tell you we were all thrilled we did!!! This was our favorite stop for breakfast we had in Louisiana. Absolutely awesome biscuits. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked great! Hopefully will be back for lunch one day.
