I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love the food and staff! In my opinion they have the best steak tacos in town and I love the drinks and awesome daily specials. Definitely a must visit when in Ascension.

We went on a Wednesday but the place seemed kinda empty which is sort of a bad sign but it looked clean enough so we had high hopes. I had heard the tortillas were made in house and good so I had those expectations. Wednesday special was fajitas so we got that. My wife and I got the shrimp and my son got the chicken. We also ordered a special margarita 22 oz. Everything was very disappointing except the margarita. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery in addition to being super salty and over spiced. It was cooked and served with all onions and no green or red peppers at all. They served our fajita toppings and tortillas way too early so we sat there and stared at all this food getting cold that we couldn't eat while the meat cooked I guess. They really skimped on the toppings giving us mostly a bean soup with very little actual beans, and not enough cheese, sour cream, or rice to even make 3 fajitas. There was 7 shrimp. It was $14 a plate. The tortillas were not good and rubbery and cold as well. Everything too expensive to be this little of food and not even good tasting. The wait staff seemed very busy for hardly anyone there as it was difficult to even get water refills. Some other female server spent all her time with some table she obviously knew the customers and just laughing and being loud and no real service teamwork was observed. Our waiter was nice enough but he asked for a food review before I even had a chance to take my first bite. He said it was his first day. When I finally did tell him how much I disliked the food, nobody did anything about it. The waiter said "I relayed your feedback to the owner and he said he will let the kitchen know and hopefully it will be better next time." Sorry there won't be a "next time" for me unless it's just a margarita which was kinda pricey at $13 but very good. I'm not eating here again. There's just too much good food in BR to deal with this mediocrity and high prices.

The food as always is great. The servers polite and helpful. But the Friday night live entertainment was like listening to cat's scream. Good instrument playing, but vocally not there. Really stretching to hit notes. Just awful and was to loud for the size of the restaurant. Should have set sound for small & cozy instead of high school band class and every song was sung in same key no variations.

We had the shrimp lettuce wraps they were so good. I recommend the mango margarita.

Great food try the lettuce wrap with Shrimp and Spicy chicken. You scoop it into the lettuce wrap yourself, its great. Margaritas were delicious as well

The food was gross, drinks nasty. We were the only ones there for awhile and i had to ask for out ticket(we'd been done over 30 mins). We got the lunch menu and it was after lunch but nevertheless the prices are overpriced for the mediocre food

Mongolian beef tacos was the best idea I’ve ever seen come from a Mexican place. Give the guy who made those a raise!
