Love Moe’s. Their chicken shawarma is delicious, but their beef kabobs are out of this world. Of course the fried cheese is a must, and the meat moussaka is divine

This was my second time having Greek food, my first experience was terrible but man this place completely opened my eyes! The food was absolutely incredible, I got the sampler plate and the homemade baklava…110% recommend! Just try it trust🙌

We found this little gem in Geismar today while looking for a Mediterranean/Greek restaurant closer to our house. Can’t believe we’ve lived here a year and didn’t know about it! The server, Molly, was fantastic, and every bite of food right down to the creamy, amazing hummus was incredible! We’re pretty picky, as we lived in Detroit for a year and we know good Mediterranean food. This place EXCEEDED our expectations and will for sure be a new favorite for us. The portions were huge and although the menu was a little pricey, we definitely felt like we got what we paid for. I had the chicken shwarma plate…the rice, hummus and shwarma were exceptional. My wife had the Mediterranean salad with gyro on top and it was so huge I had to take half of it home with me. Please go see Molly(she told us she works 7 days a week!) This little “non-chain” restaurant needs help getting discovered. It won’t disappoint! 5 stars!!

The food here is really excellent. I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take pictures! From what I could tell, it is mostly / all home made. They definitely remove the skins from the chickpeas before blending them into the hummus, which makes a big, positive difference IMO. The baba ganoush and the tzadziki were also excellent, and step above what is often available. My wife and I were even impressed by the quality of the olive oil on the table which, when mixed with the za'atar proceeded as a starter made a really great dip (za'atar-wu-zayt). My wife thought the hummus and the baba ganoush were a little short on tahini, but we agreed that's really a matter of taste and they were both good. My wife had a steak kabob and the meat was very tender and perfectly cooked. I had the gyro and it, too, was fabulous. This was a real, and very unexpected find.
The four stars for atmosphere were really only because we were the only people in on a Saturday night. However, the welcome was warm and we enjoyed ourselves!

LOVE THIS PLACE! If picking up or dining in- fried cheese is a staple in my order! HAVE NOT been disappointed in an order yet! Friendly staff, well decorated interior, tasty food- I couldn’t ask for more!
