This location needs a new owner/staff/manager. I never received a refund for a delivery that I never got due to them “being out of dough”. I went in person & the staff were arguing with each other. Shut it down please. It’s like a scam restaurant.

Pizza is good. Service has room for much improvement. App seldom works, location in Dutchtown/Geismar rarely answers phone..so how can you order if no App ..and no phone. Makes me wonder who is overseeing this location.????

Don't waste your time and money here. Service is horrible, food is underwhelming, poor reflection of owner ship and management.
Online order pick up eta was in accurate, arrive and stood there a good 15 minutes with out being greeted or acknowledgement of a customer walking in.
Seems as if customers are a bother to these employees. Employees making your pizza are constantly grabbing their pants that are sagging below their buttock and attempting too pull them up. Just tighten the belt up my guy. Let's hope his underwear was clean this day.

Use to work there. The managers eat from the marketable without using any gloves. They sell old dough and still charge the customers, they have sold expired and white colored chicken to the public. They have grim built up on almost everything. They barely wear any gloves. And all this is true cause I use to work there.

The worse order ever. The dinner box pizza was just full of bread, barely any sauce or meat on the pizza. The calzone box was super dry and boneless chicken was rock hard drowning in BBQ sauce. We won't be ordering Pizza Hut anymore.

I order a delivery Order a day before for works on the job! The next day I called to make sure the didn’t forget about my order! For one my delivery was supposed to be for 10:30am they had on line that they open at 11:00am when they did answer the phone the manager Stephanie had my order wrong 2 times and she was the one who took my order. She put that I needed my order at 10:30 pm!!! Like y would I call a day before to place an order for 10:30 pm??♀️ she chalky card 2 time.she said I was going to get my money back the next day which I didn’t! I been calling all day no one didn’t answer the phone at all !! The worst Pizza Hut ever

You can wait 2 hours for a delivery or do carry out and deal with some of the most rude, apathetic people you’ve ever met in your life. One of if not the worst Pizza Hut locations I’ve ever dealt with and that’s saying something.
