I order a delivery Order a day before for works on the job! The next day I called to make sure the didn’t forget about my order! For one my delivery was supposed to be for 10:30am they had on line that they open at 11:00am when they did answer the phone the manager Stephanie had my order wrong 2 times and she was the one who took my order. She put that I needed my order at 10:30 pm!!! Like y would I call a day before to place an order for 10:30 pm??♀️ she chalky card 2 time.she said I was going to get my money back the next day which I didn’t! I been calling all day no one didn’t answer the phone at all !! The worst Pizza Hut everVegetarian options: Not good

You can wait 2 hours for a delivery or do carry out and deal with some of the most rude, apathetic people you’ve ever met in your life. One of if not the worst Pizza Hut locations I’ve ever dealt with and that’s saying something.

This place should be shut down.The “latest” is with them (I have a list of complaints that I could list…) is ordering two specialty pizzas for delivery. After they finally arrived (after an hour and a half) they had delivered us someone else’s order, which considered of two very plain pizzas. Knowing that it would be hours for new pizzas, we made do with what was delivered and I tried for a solid hour to call the store about the mixup. They don’t answer the phone. At all. For any reason. I finally gave up and called the “corporate” number and spoke with someone who logged my concerns and promised a call back within 24-48 hours. No one ever called. It’s all a big joke. No more Pizza Hut for our household. Thankful Domino’s just opened and is killin it!

Would give 0 stars if possible. They literally never answer their phone on the multiple occasions that I've called to place an order. I started using app to order when my kids would ask for pizza even though I dreaded using them. Order never showed up after 1.5 hours when it said out for delivery.

i went to this pizza hut on hwy 73 and ordered a pizza. no olives, green or black, light sauce, and stuffed crust. When I got home I discovered that 1) they did not hold the olives, they didn't make it light sauce, and it had nothing in the crust. IE: it wasn't stuffed crust. I filled out he online feedback, and later was called by pizza hut, but was too angry to talk to them. I have found that when I am angry, I tend to say hurtful things, so i didn't answer. I have called back several times a day for the last 3 days, returning their call, but they refuse to answer. It is my opinion that you should quit buying from them and go somewhere else. This is only my opinion.

It's been a minute since we have eaten at a Pizza Hut. They have really stepped up there game at this location. Food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. Pizza, wings, and pasta. First time in awhile we have enjoyed take out!!

Ordered a pizza last night and it never came. Call the store many times only to get a busy sound. Spoke with the delivery driver and said he had the wrong address. I gave him the correct address and he said he was on the way. Called the driver back an hour later and he would not answer the phone.
