Went to the drive through orders a Caribbean way with peanut butter waited for at least 20 minutes and when the guy at the window gave us the smoothie it was completely liquid there was no peanut butter. On top of that we did not receive a straw.

Almost every time I get a smoothie from here in the morning I see only one worker in the lobby making smoothies and taking orders. While I wait I always hear laughter, chit chat, and sometimes what sounds like a little kid from what I assume is an office of some kind. I feel bad for that single worker in the lobby having to make all those smoothies and take all those orders by them self.

Walked out of a previous location and this one was much more professional! Three guys putting in work! Greeted us at the door, took our order quickly, asked if we needed trays, even asked how our smoothie was after we got it! Super nice!

Ordered 2 smoothies thru the smoothie app. Driver never showed but says they were dropped off. Store manager said check with the app. App says check with the store manager. I am out 20+ dollars and no smoothie to show for it. I want someone to contact me.
