I ordered food on the app and payed online, we waited 50 minutes for my food, I put the stall number as the stall next to mine because my friend ordered food as well and we couldn’t put the same stall number, we’ve done it before and it was not a problem. One woman came out with my food and I tried to stop her but she went back inside so I stopped her when she came back out and told her I ordered for that stall and she said they were really busy and went back inside we waited another 30 minutes and left I called to get a refund but the number they told me to call kept me on hold. So I didn’t get my food or my money back and I waited almost an hour

Usually have a great time ordering from here, but this time the master shake I ordered without cherries came with TWO cherries and was literally more liquid than chocolate milk, only other difference being the floating Oreo chunks. The service was nice but I expected better food quality like what I usually get from this and other Sonic restaurants.

We sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be served, and nobody even told us if the windows was out of order. Moved to another one and nobody answered. There was someone in the door watching us but refused to take any orders. There was a line of other customers waiting for There order and also did not have There order taken.

This place continues to get worse. We loved to this area 4 years ago around the time of Covid and it was terrible. You had to wait 20-30 just for a soft drink so we stopped coming. Recently, we have tried it again and it’s just as bad. Waiting for over 30 minutes for an order is absolutely ridiculous. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. Do better, Sonic!
This place is incredibly slow 2nd time coming an left with nothing . Pressed red button waited 10 mins car pulled up beside me they took their order 1st .. I still waited a couple of mins before driving off.

was a 40 min wait for two soft drinks and two shakes. there was maybe six cars there. the drinks had been made sloppily and the person who took our order is very rude. probably the worst location i've been to. ever.

The food is good most of the time but sometimes they just can’t get food right. I asked for a plain burger 3 times and got it dressed everytime. They came back and talked to me about i. I told them in their face what the order was and it still came back fully dressed. I don’t know how that happens but I’ll definitely be taking a break from this location

The food was horrible and my employees got banded just because they ask for some hot fries police was call out for no reason. When asked for a refund was told I had to go online for a refund. Don't recommend this location to no one.???
