Terrible attitudes here. Food comes old the microwave cold and you ask them to heat it but they have an attitude like should have made it right the first time

Absolutely horrible service. There was only one lady working and not only did she not greet us, but she had an attitude with us when we ordered. Not all the sandwiches are listed on the physical menu in the building and when we ordered and told her we wanted the sandwich just the way it comes, she snapped at us that the menu is just suggestions and we build it ourselves. Okay, but we picked what we wanted ahead of time online and couldn't tell you what was supposed to be in the sandwich. Aren't you, as the worker, supposed to know what comes on the sandwiches? She was very snippy with us, to the point of it being just plain rude. I don't want to say her name, as I saw it on her name tag, but her tag also said GM on it. Very unprofessional for a GM to have that kind of attitude.

Lady working there now in the morning has a HORRIBLE attitude!!! Asked her to put my wrap in the oven like I do at every subway and she refused saying she isn’t allowed 😂. This is part of the reason subways are losing business!! Will never be back to this location.

Only one person working with terrible customer service. Said cash only then told us we would have to get change next door like seriously. Then she was very rude to my friend about using the restroom

I don't understand why this location have been messing up my order every single time for the past few months. I order the same orders in the app and all the information is on there for them to make ths sandwiches. Yet when I come pick up my order its wrong and/or not ready on time. Then the employee going to ask me what kind of sandwich I want for the missing part of my order! To top it off--the employee never apologizes.

I ordered delivery through the subway app. Once the delivery driver got there, the employee told them it would be 30 minute wait. I called the store myself and the employee said the same thing. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel myself so I asked her to cancel it. She said she would. The delivery driver waited there for it to be cancelled. After 10 minutes the delivery driver was still waiting. So the delivery was through DoorDash so I called them myself. They cancelled it and said that subway would handle refund since I ordered through the subway app. I had a strange text from a new number and decided to message it back the next day. Turns out it was the subway employee. They gave cash to the delivery driver for my refund. I told her that was absolutely unacceptable when I paid with a card. The manager reached out to me and agreed and stated she would sort it out and get me my refund and a courtesy meal for my troubles. It is 10 days later and I haven’t received the refund back to my card. I texted the manager and they aren’t responding.

Great lunch made a BMT with bacon salad for my keto diet. I topped it off with Parmesan vinaigrette and mayonnaise. Sometimes I'll make a buffalo chicken salad.

SANITIZER IN MY SANDWICH - INCREASED PRICES - EMPLOYEES ARE MISERABLE AND RUDE, AND INAPPROPRIATE !

I am no Karen, i rarely write reviews unless i feel they genuinely need to be said. I absolutely LOVE subway. I get it all the time, and for the most part i’m left with a pretty impressionable experience with my sandwich. I ended up going to this location which I believe is privately owned and was left with an awful taste in my mouth, literally. I am not joking when I say that my sandwich tasted like literal sanitizer. I watched the employee who appeared very miserable splash it on my sandwich carelessly before cutting my sandwich in half and not even paying attention to me. Also I was waiting patiently while the employees argued with one another about bread just for my sandwich to be made. Not to mention, the store charges more than average subways - i ended up spending $35 on two meals and was absolutely shocked considering how many subways i’ve gone to and spent only $28-$31 for the same meal with large drinks instead of medium. I believe it was the sole fact i ended up spending more money on a sandwich that had sanitizer on it, tasted disgusting, and an awful 15 minute experience that upsets me so much. I honestly deserve a refund. I am incredibly disappointed. If any owner/manager could contact me that would be lovely.
