I've been seeing videos from the kitchen at LaFourche Landing for a few weeks. Today I decided I had to stop in and try it out. In one word, AMAZING! Kelcey, my server was extremely friendly, made great suggestions and did a fantastic job. I ordered a shrimp appetizer after she explained the sauce as "Imagine pepper jelly married Sweet Chili Sauce". That was the perfect description and it was even better than she described.
