Being from out of town, I asked the locals at the hardware store where I could find the best boiled crawfish in town and the pointed me here. I can say this, if anyone has BETTER crawfish, I'd like to know because these are hard to beat. They had good seasoning and the right amount of spice, were boiled perfectly and peeled easy, not muddy and a nice size to them. Corn and potatoes are also cooked to perfection and everything is very reasonably priced.
