I walked to the counter asked if the burgers were cooked to order, because I wanted to oder mines medium well. The guys says that's how their cooked. I said fine burger with fries. I get my order burger is room temperature because it was not hot as though it just came off the grill and the fries were cold. Brew Bacher please do better to your customers. I want my burger to be hot and not microwave reheated. This is a restaurant not a fast food establishment so please make sure the food is hot. Plus tip.

Prices online is not what we paid! They need to update online pricing. Would have never paid what we did if we had known what they really charged!Got home and they forgot to put our burger in our bag they should double check take out orders before giving to customer

Today was my first and last visit to this location. I arrived around 12:20 pm to place a to-go order for lunch. There were only three ladies ahead of me, and there were two cashiers working: an older male with white hair and a young female. The party of three in front of me both went to the male cashier first. The female cashier acknowledged me to step up and place my order, but then one of the ladies from the party of three decided to place her order with the young lady cashier instead. The line behind me grew, and people started to move forward, so I also moved up to secure my place in line. However, despite the fact that both cashiers had already seen me, a couple standing on the side walked up next and started placing their order with the young lady cashier after the party of three was finished. I was left standing there in disbelief with both hands raised while the cashier refused to make eye contact with me. Instead of making a scene, I decided to just leave. The cashier didn't acknowledge to that couple that I was next. Never will I set foot in that location again.
