My experience with Buffalo Wild Wings tonite was less than satisfactory from my husband having to wait over 20mins after placing a to go order well before arriving to not having our full order and being told we had to bring the full order back”because the manager is going to want to see it” for them to give us wings that were missing, when we arrived back to BWW no manager checked anything ! And to add the cherry on top the modifications that were specified for our burger that was an EXTRA $5 were not met, only 2 patties were on a “triple”cheeseburger burger and the bacon was literally bacon bits! So pissed i decided to spend my money here . Smh

Came in on a Sunday evening and there was one other table taken in the entire restaurant. We ordered our food, then people slowly started coming in. We proceeded to watch everyone around us get our food while ours probably wasn’t even cooked yet. We had to ask our server named Jennifer multiple times for refills because she kept forgetting. Had to tell her to get us refills, napkins, utensils, etc. When we eventually got our food we started eating, only to find a feather in my wings. Handed it to a different server because Jennifer was nowhere to be found. The other server was very nice and got my wings remade. When Jennifer eventually came over to check on us I told her there was a feather in my wings and she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders acting like thats normal. Worst service.

The lady who took the order was great the wings were big as drum stick they were cold call back couldn't talk to management a black guy picked up phone said don't come back if there is a problem .I won't and will tell everyone I know not to come th a thanks for the worst lunch ever. By the way didn't get any flats.

Literally the only good thing is the food, I've tried to come here after work twice. The first time we were told last call was at 1110pm when the other night they didn't say it was until 1130.. and then I tried last night and everyone ignored me and my party because they didn't want to seat us so late which I understand but we just left because the other staff just ignored us

This place has come along way with new management! I would highly recommend! The service was really fast. My food came a lot faster than expected! Oh yeah, by the way, the food was delicious! I got a 10 count, traditional Parmesan garlic, and orange chicken with tots!

This location is horrible! I sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes the bartender didn’t speak. I had to say something first. Maybe 5 people in the restaurant… And my food felt like it sat in the back to get cold.

Sat at bar, service slow. Never got a refill, I ordered tots and got fries, she forgot our utensils right after she asked. Food good tho
Came in at 3:50pm they are extremely slow. We were seated and our drink orders taken. There are literally 2 tables here ours and 1 other. My husband and I waited 33 minutes before deciding to get up and leave. Mind you there are 5 employees laughing and playing behind the bar. My husband went to pay for the drinks and they said they didn't even know we were here! Ridiculous!

Walked in, basically no one working, another couple had been waiting apparently a long time before we got there and still no service. They told us only 2 people working so it was gonna take quite a while to get our order, so we had walked out and went to Jack’s. Good grief, hire enough people to run your business.

I love this place our waitress Heather was great she made sure we had everything we needed and she welcomed us with a smile and she was so sweet I definitely recommend she was amazing ask for her if you go!!!
