We walked into the location and the server who was supposed to seat us made eye contact with us, continued cleaning her area, and then went into the bathroom instead of assisting us. After waiting without being seated, we approached the bar, where the bartender told us we would need to leave because the bar was about to shut down—an hour before the restaurant’s posted closing time. The bartender then went to get the waitress, who eventually came out and attempted to direct us to place a to-go order instead. We explained that we wanted to be seated, which was clear from the beginning, but by that time unnecessary delays had already passed.

As soon as we walked in, I could tell this was going to be a bad experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet there wasn’t a server in sight. When someone finally came out, she completely ignored us. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no sense of urgency. Instead, she and another server stood at their register area gossiping for several minutes before finally coming over.
We asked for a booth, and the one we were taken to was filthy. We had to stand there while she cleaned it. After sitting down, we waited another 10 minutes before she came back to even take our drink order. At that point, I told everyone at the table to have their food order ready because it was already clear this wasn’t going to be a smooth visit.
We ordered everything at once, and somehow all three orders were messed up. Two of us ordered wraps, one of them very spicy, and the server gave them to the wrong people. My friend, who absolutely does not eat spicy food, took one bite of my mango habanero wrap and was nearly in tears. Meanwhile, I had already eaten half of hers before realizing the mistake.
We asked for the wrap to be remade, but the server didn’t even bother removing the extra wrap from the bill. At that point, my friend was extremely aggravated and asked for a manager. The manager also took forever to come over because he was busy chatting with another server. When he finally showed up, he removed the extra wrap and closed the bill but didn’t even give us a copy to review or sign.
To top it all off, I went to the men’s restroom before leaving and it was disgusting. There was urine all over the floor, the smell was overwhelming, and the floor was sticky like it hadn’t been mopped in days. The restaurant itself had paper and trash all over the floors from straws and receipts.
This place was a mess from start to finish. Poor service, wrong food, no accountability, and absolutely unacceptable cleanliness. I will not be returning.

Came to BWW to watch football/Mcaffee show for lunch. Christmas music blaring so loud you can’t even think. Asked if they could turn sound on for the main tvs so we can watch the mcaffee show. The only customers in the whole place are all sitting around the bar watching the tvs. Manager said no. Not unless it’s an lsu game or fight. So let’s just blare music that no one is listening to. Welcome to 2025. Next time I’ll just order wings to go and watch football on our phones in the truck.
For a 2pm lunch, we were seated and attended to quickly. Food was hot and delicious. Bathroom was clean.

Our second time going 1st time my cheeseburger was made wrong this time took forever to be seated we ordered off the pick 6 I ordered another cheeseburger with no mustard we asked about a sandwich my husband want and was told yes it was on the pick 6 and guesswhat my cheeseburger had mustard on it so I took a piece of one of the meat that didn't have mustard on it we still didn't have any silverware after asking twice so we are our food with them big toothpicks you get then they charged use extra for the sandwich my husband got after telling us it was on the pick6 at the time there was only 3 other tables with people in there if I could give a minus star for our service today I would

Rating service only, horrible Kadasia/ Dasia answered the phone 10/11/25 approximately 708pm could not find my paid order with a confirmation number. Requested a manager was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and finally disconnected.
I know to alway double check my bag if it’s a pick up order, be assured the order will not be correct.

I am hell It disappointed, I am Disgusted, me and my family, all the Burgers we ordered were Cold raw and or not Edible, I am Disgust we talk to Management and all we got is not to make more but to just take it off thr tab I will never never come back here, as well as we been asking for the check and my boyfriend say do that faster, because we had waited for a Hour to get are food to fine it cold raw, and Disgusting, and the Waitres say that was Rude off my boyfriend to sat even tho we told them Multiple time their issue with are food
