I definitely have a weakness for sausage, egg, and cheese croissants and they're 2 for 5 dollars rn so we've been eating 😋 they're so very good. Nice clean store. Great employees, fast and very respectful. Go get you some
I had a complaint, and the new general manager called and explained the situation. She was kind and very concerned. I will definitely try the restaurant again.

I am sitting at BK in Gonzales right now. I was in the restroom with a BK employee and noticed she did not wash her hands after using the toilet. Gross..hope she wore gloves while fixing my sandwich.

You asked me to back up behind the pole until you fry hot fries! Waited about 5 minutes to pull back up to get fries that smell like burnt grease! I was sooo nauseous I couldn’t eat that! Tried to call, forget it! No answer!

Only 2 cars in the parking lot and the the lobby was closed. It’s 9:19am and this is the 2nd Burger King we tried to eat today. The other lobby was also closed!!
I don’t think a star should be given but of course I had to at least leave one for this review. I selected this location because it was next door to the Walmart that my car was being serviced. The hours on the door said the lobby opened at 7am. I got there at 7:54 am. I pulled the door and it was locked so I waited a minute. The worker stood so far away of the door and began hollering through the glass “It’s just me”. I asked did I need to go through the drive through although my car was not with me and I had my two younger children. The worker then stated “I don’t care what you do”, walked off and never came back to the door. My issue is never what you say but how you say it. I crossed the street and decided to eat at Sonic. I’m glad I did because the customer service was the best. After ordering my food and eating I see why Burger King only had one customer in 45 minutes. The customer service is the issue at Burger King. I sure hope the company starts to hire better!

Visited this fast food restaurant today and it was not good. The service was slow and the bun/food cold. I like my food at least warm. They were OUT of Diet Coke, but did not bother to tell me when I ordered it. The drink machine only had regular drinks. I am diabetic and would not have paid for a sugary beverage if I had known. Waste of money.

I asked for a number 1 with cheese no inions, when I got home it was onions. Not to mention the sandwich was old, I guess they didn’t feel like making a new sandwich without onions so they gave me an old one. Being allergic to onions is why I said no onions.

We went in 30 minutes before close. They were super busy and one employee clocked in early to help us. The dining room was clean with crowns on every table. The staff was very kind and allowed us to sit and eat even though the dining room was closing. We really appreciated the hard work and kindness they showed! Will definitely be back! They rocked it.
