It's burger king they are about the same
Only 2 cars in the parking lot and the the lobby was closed. It’s 9:19am and this is the 2nd Burger King we tried to eat today. The other lobby was also closed!!
I don’t think a star should be given but of course I had to at least leave one for this review. I selected this location because it was next door to the Walmart that my car was being serviced. The hours on the door said the lobby opened at 7am. I got there at 7:54 am. I pulled the door and it was locked so I waited a minute. The worker stood so far away of the door and began hollering through the glass “It’s just me”. I asked did I need to go through the drive through although my car was not with me and I had my two younger children. The worker then stated “I don’t care what you do”, walked off and never came back to the door. My issue is never what you say but how you say it. I crossed the street and decided to eat at Sonic. I’m glad I did because the customer service was the best. After ordering my food and eating I see why Burger King only had one customer in 45 minutes. The customer service is the issue at Burger King. I sure hope the company starts to hire better!
We went in 30 minutes before close. They were super busy and one employee clocked in early to help us. The dining room was clean with crowns on every table. The staff was very kind and allowed us to sit and eat even though the dining room was closing. We really appreciated the hard work and kindness they showed! Will definitely be back! They rocked it.
Worst Burger King.
I order several whopper patties ONLY every week. I cannot have the carbs and have to stay on mostly keto diet. They shorted me 3 patties today and I had paid for them. This place never gives receipts. When my card is charged, It is sent to my cell phone. This is the second time this happened. Am I paying for someone else's patties? :(
I come like a dummy. Service is terrible. I think they have like 2 people that work here. Always have to wait at the drive up for at least 20 mn. Guy at the windows is awesome. Pitiful place

This is probably the worst BK I've ever visited. Each time I go through the drive thru, they make me back up and wait before approaching the window until my order is ready. It usually takes between 15 and 20 minutes to get food even if pre-ordering through the app. Today, I placed an order through the app and arrived about 10 minutes later (7:30 am). The doors were locked and while we saw movement inside, no one acknowledged us. We waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes but no one would respond there either. Another car drove around to the window but they didn't look like they had anymore success. This site is in desperate need of a managerial overhaul.

I really enjoy Burger King when it's done right, but this location has been in a downward spiral for years. It's apparent that the franchisee is apathetic to the plight of its customers receiving subpar food and service. Practically every time I come here they are out of something on the menu. I gave this location another chance this afternoon, unfortunately, and instead of being filled by my BBQ whopper and Bacon King I was filled with disappointment. I don't blame the workers. It is most definitely a failure of the leadership team for things to be this bad for this long and not cultivating a better work culture or quality standards. Do better or shut down honestly.

Went thru drive thru paid for my food with credit card they handed me my food and drink and told me to pull forward I said give me my receipt first because I was the only car there and they want me to pull forward and didn't offer me a receipt I was like oh no this is some bs so the lady tells me oh I can't the machine not working I said we'll I need a receipt so this big guy co.es over I guess is the manager he's black I'm white he messes with the machine for a min and says it don't work give me your phone I'll take a picture of it lol of course I declined and said I'm not gonna give you my phone write me one out and sign it it he slammed window and walked away absolutely terrible customer service won't ever go back there this was around 1.30 Thursday today .

We went at dinner time to get a special edition, purple Wednesday whopper which cost about a dollar extra in the normal whopper . We ordered the Purple, Wednesday, whopper, meal and the bundle purple Wednesday whopper meal. And original chicken sandwich meal. We waited 35 minutes to get our drinks and then a bag tape shut. As we pulled forward, I asked the passenger to open the bag to make sure we had everything. We only had four sandwiches in the bag so I had to go back in and asked for the fries and onion rings that were supposed to receive. We received the fries and onion rings and went home because we had two other people waiting to eat. As we opened up our sandwiches, we noticed that there were no purple whoppers. It was regular whoppers. I have called the Burger King two days in a row, and when I went up there to speak with the manager, they said that there wasn’t a manager on duty at the time, and they took my number and have not got back with me.

Had to pay $5.99 for a spicy chicken wrap that's supposed to cost $2.99. All they could tell me is yes it did cost that much, y'all need to change your menu board to reflect that price then!

Every time I come here it takes unusually long to get my food even when no one else is in the drive thru and no one in the dining room. What is taking so long!!!!!
The line only had three cars when we got to the speaker everything that I wanted to order wasn't available but was on the menu sign so I got nothing my daughter ordered her food went to the window woman had so much attitude got home order was completely wrong
