The burgers have gotten so small. The whopper junior and the other smaller burgers are around 3-4” in diameter and maybe 1-2” tall. It has gotten really bad in the last few years. I swear every time I go the burgers get smaller. Every time you go through the drive through they make you either back up off there timer or they make you pull around to the front and take 10 minutes to bring you your food.

They just need to close this store down I ordered double wopper with mustard,onion,and pickle and no cheese and got a fully loaded wopper of with cheese I would post a picture but it looks like they disabled that feature

Everytime I go to Burger King on hwy 30 Gonzales la they have poor service under staffed they lie on the time it takes in the drive through they make you back up to reset it to make the numbers look good made me wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes brought me my food and my burger looked and tasted like it was cooked hours prior and my chicken fries were moosh under cooked and cold I turned around to my order back and told them and all they did was put my fries back in the drier and I got less back will never go there again

The hours posted are apparently not the hours of operation. The dining area was closed at 3:30 pm. Could just be a staff shortage. I don't know.

Went to get some breakfast went through drive thru because doors were locked no one answered intercom at all went to windows no one was at window went back around no one on intercom again went back to windows employee walked past on their phone saw us and headed straight for kitchen still on the phone completely ignored us bad service

Service is always bad every time I come here, wait times are ridiculous, ordered 2 fries and they were undercooked, not salted, and the containers weren't even filled all the way. On top of bad service we never get told our total for the food we just ordered. Just overall not a good place to get a quick snack.

I will never return! They are rude as rude gets. The manger was taking orders over the microphone for the drive through and she was beyond nasty over that headset. Got to the window and the guy that was taking money was rude, and asking me to back up behind the window then pull back up, didn’t speak, and I spoke to him twice. The manger is a lady with a low haircut and she didn’t even try to correct him. I went to drive off and my food was wrongggggg! So I requested my receipt and my money back and they told me had to take a picture with my phone. Very unprofessional place! Find a new manager, and window guy asap.
Restaurant closes early. Hours are to 2am, and they close 1 to 1/1/2 hours early. Smh.

It is the best restaurant I have tried around Louisiana, the food is fresh and just as it should be, the meat is neither overcooked nor raw, as it should be and the Crispy fried potatoes, delicious. But her service is terrible, for just one car there you go to pay at the window and then they send you to the front to wait 30 minutes for your food and they don't even know Whose is your . clients yelling for their food or getting off to return why is it not yours, a disaster
