I don’t know who the new management is at Burger King, but they and the staff deserve raises. The service has been through the roof, and the food has been fresh every time. I literally eat Burger King every other day now lunch and dinner.

Horrible service I was asked to hold on then I was told to pull around I stopped at the second window there was no one at the first I was told to back up and pull back up he didn't know what price to give me he gave me 12 something and then he said 11 something proceeded to give me my food tell me have a great day and then say oh I forgot your orange juice then when I asked for a receipt I proceeded to ask for a piece of paper to write it down with the guy left a chick came up and said you could take a picture with your phone I said I'm not going to give you my phone I don't need your germs on my phone she proceeded to tell me I was funny laughing as she closed the window advise never to go to this place I will never be back matter of fact I'm going to discontinue using Burger King all together I can't even prove my purchase my work requires me to give them a receipt of my food intake now I cannot provide that because they do not allow pictures

Burger King has been really hit and miss in the last decade or so. The one here on highway 30 in Gonzales… is more hit! The manager is so friendly and she works hard… sometimes I think she’s running the place all alone!
Last time I visited there was something wrong with my food though. It looks like someone “held” the sesame seeds on half of my bun… 🤣😂

They drop food on the ground and still hands it out .They cuss out the customers when they are at the drive through.Treat the workers horrible.They have a drive through and don’t use it.They are trying to take reviews down.This place is horrible

I ordered three meals and a twelve piece chicken fries they asked me to come around that they would bring me my order so I asked them for ketchup and ranch why did they give me three packets of ketchup and one ranch that wasn't even enough for one meal and the ranch not even enough for half of my chicken fries really disappointed.
