They drop food on the ground and still hands it out .They cuss out the customers when they are at the drive through.Treat the workers horrible.They have a drive through and don’t use it.They are trying to take reviews down.This place is horrible

I ordered three meals and a twelve piece chicken fries they asked me to come around that they would bring me my order so I asked them for ketchup and ranch why did they give me three packets of ketchup and one ranch that wasn't even enough for one meal and the ranch not even enough for half of my chicken fries really disappointed.

You asked me to back up behind the pole until you fry hot fries! Waited about 5 minutes to pull back up to get fries that smell like burnt grease! I was sooo nauseous I couldn’t eat that! Tried to call, forget it! No answer!

I was doing a door dash order the store says open at 6 so when I pulled up to get the customers order the guy in the store did not have the doors unlocked didn't even acknowledge when I went to the drive through or the driver through windows he just staired, again it is supposed to be open at 6 and order was supposed to be ready for 7 and doors where closed employee in there not doing their job. Bad customer service
They are NEVER ready when they open. I’m writing this review as I sit waiting for someone to come to the speaker. No one came. If the hours of operation are wrong, y’all need to change that!

The burgers have gotten so small. The whopper junior and the other smaller burgers are around 3-4” in diameter and maybe 1-2” tall. It has gotten really bad in the last few years. I swear every time I go the burgers get smaller. Every time you go through the drive through they make you either back up off there timer or they make you pull around to the front and take 10 minutes to bring you your food.

They just need to close this store down I ordered double wopper with mustard,onion,and pickle and no cheese and got a fully loaded wopper of with cheese I would post a picture but it looks like they disabled that feature
