if i could rate my overall experience, it would be no star. my friends & i sat down around 5:05. we watched servers look at us and pass our table multiple times. finally around 5:30, a server walk up to our table and we explain that we had been sitting for about 15-20 minutes. mind you, we watched 2 tables leave from not being acknowledged. the server then tells us that the host may have set a table that doesn’t have a server but if we want to leave then we can. i’m not sure why would she even say that part. it took another 20 minutes for us to receive our bar drinks, & maybe 40 minutes to receive food. i love Chili’s but you guys have went downhill tremendously.

Michelle was our waitress. We sat down and she took our drink order. After that she returned to take our food order. We waited about 40 minutes before we finally got her attention and she told my wife her well done steak was what was taking the order so long to come out. We waited another 20 minutes before we decided to leave. The hostess went to get her to tell her we wanted to pay for the drinks so we could leave and she came out set a to go drink on the table and said don't even worry about it, with a bad attitude. We will never be going to this chili's again.

My server was amazing and the food turn around was literally less than 15 mins. Only reason for the 4/5 is because restroom wasn’t the cleanest.
The waitress was rude. Our food was disappointing my friend didn’t receive her food until we were leaving because the kitchen got upset because she wanted her chicken heated because it was cold ! I’m extremely disappointed in this place I couldn’t even eat most my food ! Even our chips were stale !

This was the most slow service ever! It took literally two hours to get our food and not many people were there. It was very dirty and there was poop in the sink of the bathroom and paper towels everywhere. We would ask for something and the waiter would come back half an hour later without anything we had asked for. He also forgot to put many orders in and everyone else also seemed displeased with this service.

The place is doing amazing now! The manager, Leslie, is awesome! I come in a couple times a month after work, and the place is clean, the bar tenders are on point, they always go the little extra mile for me.

Service so slow had to ask for water three times before getting it and had to ask three different attendants then ordered fries never came out asking repeatedly for water and fries then ordered the three for me got our food and still no fries then asked for chips and salsa finally got that then fries came out burger was ordered with everything on it and only came with pickles then to top it all off had to listen to one of the staff members young child playing in a Booth and watching staff members play fight with the child instead of doing there job I mean I thought I went to a restaurant not a day care
