Absolutely horrible. Inedible, gross and disgusting. Stale shell. Everything was wet and cold and bursted through the bottom of the shell. This was my favorite lunch spot. Now I can’t even eat there anymore. Just yuck

I love their food…. However I was in the Gonzales location today and had a few issues. 1 they didn’t have fajita veggies, I waited 15+ minutes to get them and they didn’t even offer me a cup for water (note Popeyes offered me a drink, and they have the worst service in the industry). Then as I sat here and watched the work on chicken, he put raw chicken on the grill, used a rag to clean the gloves and then started to cut cooked chicken. I told the lady cleaning the dining room and he apparently got very offended and spoke very loudly in Spanish to her. I never actually saw him change his gloves or remove the contaminated towel from the kitchen.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. Now, it has hurt my appetite... The chips were stale and rubbery. I went to get another bag, and they were still stale. The employee wet the table tops yet left a puddle of water on the floor by the drink machine. The counter had trash and the sweet tea and unsweetened tea were switched... and my food was not pleasing. I used to tell everyone about Chipotle... now, I'm not sure why. Very disappointed...
