TLDR: the chocolate that they use tastes like chemicals i ordered kolaches, a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, chocolate cake donuts, donut holes, a maple bacon donut, and a caramel smoothie. i assumed that the cake donuts were going to actually be chocolate cake, but it seems that the tops were just dipped in chocolate. something about the chocolate tastes and smells terrible, like a chemical you'd smell in a nail salon. eclairs came with my order, which i thought was sweet since i did not oder them, but the chocolate tastes the same on them. it tastes like something that you shouldn't ingest. the donut holes were replaced with glazed donuts, which are pretty good. the maple bacon donut was pretty good but was cold. the smoothie is tasty. the croissant is really big but not very good. i feel like ordering from a donut shop so late in the morning is always hit or miss, but i hope that the chocolate doesn't usually taste like this. i'm unsure if i'd order from here again

Great kolachies and donuts. My kids and I have been going there on Sundays before church for at least five years. The lady there is always smiling, ready to serve us. Plus, they have a drive thru that other donut places don't have!

I’m not a fan of nasty reviews but these things they made today can’t possibly be donuts. This was greasy flavored sugar with I mean… I know donuts are fried but u can go to plenty of donut shops and not get the vat they were serving today. I hope they are better on other days for their sake.

Glazed Donuts are not fresh early in morning when store opens. They are cold and on the verge of sweating. Happened multiple times.
The Donut Palace is one of the best donut shops around. This is my 1st time to try their donuts & I thoroughly enjoyed them. The 1st bite was oh so yummy. It has a light crunch on the outside, but the insidqe is oh so soft & together it is a delicious donut. I highly recommend trying them.

I have tried this place a several times for different items from donuts which are good when I get to them while hot or warm, the do a great job with donuts, donuts holes and these types of items but as for kolaches of any type they really need to let it go or take the time to work on getting it right because they served me and my family half cooked product and even product with skimpy ingredients… they don’t have much going on in the customer service department either because they seem to just want to sell their stuff and get you out the way no words at all but I can deal with that as long as my food is good and cooked properly but the donuts and similar items are good but kolaches and similar items are terrible … these are some pics of boudin kolaches the I cut in half one and the others haven’t been touched at all that’s the exact product they gave us I didn’t open the box until I got home 7-10 mins later .. straight into the trash
