Very fast service. Staff was friendly, and food was delicious. Firehouse Subs is a great option for a snack or a full meal.

The restaurant is filthy, the employee wearing the cap and glasses was literally chewing on food and spitting it out where they prepare the food. The only drinks they had was I.Ced tea in a few bottles of water in a little cooler. Their solar machine is out, and there's no other drinks to buy. I love firehouse, subs, but not here. Whoever owns or manages this store needs to be fired! This place is unacceptable and really dirty. The health department department really needs to go and check this place out.

This restaurant was so dirty we decided to takeout instead of dine inside. Our shoes were sticking to the floor, the drink station is covered in syrup and spills. The air vents in the ceiling (above the food prep area) are blowing brown dust onto where the food is prepared 🤢

We stopped at this location to get subs. We tried the drink machine, no carbonation, so I asked someone to fix the drink machine and everyone stared like I had 3 eyes. Never got an answer. My daughter asked also, finally an employee walked out with a box and went into a hallway. Nothing said like it’s fixed. Asked if it’s ok now, I think a guy said yes. WOW attitudes! Got it to go! Outside garbage can was pouring over with trash, not sure who is responsible. Horrible experience.

I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE. The food is a 10/10 by itself and the workers really try and tend to your needs. I really adore the manager Shelby and her dedication to her work. Employees Tyreanna & Abraham deserve shoutouts too since they are so nice while taking your orders and keeping the place clean & tidy.

It was clean, the food was good, and everyone was super friendly. The employees were very professional.

After 41 minutes with only 3 customers I got my sandwich. Awesome to have a metric shit-ton of mayonnaise on it since mayo isn’t even listed as an ingredient when I ordered it. Asked why the mayo and they said it was close and not a big deal. Well the sandwich hit the window as it was close to the trash can.

I've eaten at this location three times while in town for business. The staff have always been friendly and approachable. I'm not sure of the lady's name (brown hair pulled back in a ponytail) that took care of me this week, but it was around 5:00 pm Monday/Tuesday. Super friendly, very informative and overall, a pleasure. It takes a bit for the order, but it's very obvious it is because of the care they take making the order.

i love the energy tamarya (i hope i spelled that right) gave me and my friends as soon we walked in the door. she is literally such a vibe and seems like an amazing co-worker. and the sandwhich itself was delightful!!! will definitely be coming back soon!

I walk in all the employees are sitting on the phone acting like they're having a party. Loud text him a minute or two to even get to the register where I was ordering. And their hot sauce bar was a total wreck. All the bottles were dirty and had stuff dripping down them if they even had hot sauce in them! They were out of white bread they were out of caramelized onions and peppers right off the bat. So I ordered the Steak and Cheese sub with extra raw onions extra mayo. I get to work there's no mayo no cheese and no onions it's just meat! I'm very disappointed! And I work in the refineries over here and everybody at work always says don't go to the Firehouse Subs cuz they never get your order right. But I thought I'd give him a try. And they did disappoint like everybody says.

I have tried to get food from this Firehouse Subs location twice now, and both times, I have walked away with nothing due to poor service and mismanagement. The most recent issue happened when I placed an order through the app for four sandwiches totaling $56.35. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told they didn’t have white bread or roast beef, meaning they couldn’t even make the sandwiches I ordered. I asked to cancel the order, but the employees said they couldn’t do it in-store—I had to cancel through the app. However, the app directed me to cancel in-store, leaving me in an endless loop with no resolution. I ended up reordering at another location and figured I’d call the next day to request a refund. When I did, the manager was incredibly rude. She repeatedly told me to "calm down"—even though I was speaking normally and politely—and then abruptly hung up on me. Instead of helping, she refused to process the refund and vaguely suggested I could "come in and get a sandwich," completely ignoring the fact that I had already purchased food elsewhere. This wasn’t the first bad experience. Two weeks ago, I arrived at 8:30 PM (they close at 9), but the workers told me they were done for the night and wouldn’t let me order. So now, I’ve tried to get food from this location twice and still haven’t received anything—just a wasted trip and frustration both times. Between the lack of customer service, rude management, and overall incompetence, I won’t be returning to this location. If you’re considering ordering here, be prepared for inconvenience and frustration. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. ⭐ 1/5 stars (only because zero isn’t an option)

Not the usual amazing firehouse subs at this location. Also not the usual awesome staff at this location. Our last experience it took an hour for subs. I think they forgot to call my name because the sub was cold (meant to be a hot steak and cheese sub). It's not too expensive, but it's more than you'd spend at a fast food place. It was 30 for the 2 subs that fed 3 people to give you an idea of how much it costs. It is my least favorite location I've ever been to. It's a shame because i could go there all the time, but I don't because of the food and service. Firehouse subs as an establishment in general, however, is amazing.

TAMARA!! The best worker here. Such good suggestions. Great environment. Best customer service I’ve ever received. She even came and made sure we liked what we chose. 100% worth coming to this location. Tamara is amazing and so is the staff.
