Always a great stop when traveling on I-10 it’s my wife’s go to for burger and fries, my son absolutely loves the icecream and I go for the patty melt, anytime I can feed the family and everyone is happy it’s a win!👍
I've been twice. Both times, the food was good, the service was quick & friendly, and the place was clean. I recommend the cheese curds!
Tried Freddy's for the first time about a week ago. Burgers are really good. Onion rings are bomb! Their fries are pretty good as well. Staff was very professional and courteous. I utilized the drive-thru, so I can't really speak on the interior.
The employees play/ talk more than they work and does not acknowledge all customers, I waited 20 mins just for my order to be incorrect.
Overrated and Salty
I ordered a hamburger with everything on it except cheese, mustard, and ketchup. I got a hamburger with a very thin piece of meat, mustard, pickle and onion no tomatoes, no lettuce and no taste whatsoever. This is my first trip in a long time and it will be my last. I don’t recommend anything. This is the Freddy’s in Prairieville.

I show up at 8 pm and the doors to the business is locked but they don’t close till 10? And some little teenage boy worker just staring at me like I’m in the wrong

Came to eat lunch and the lobby was closed. Drive thru only. Note it was 12:00 (noon). Went to eat somewhere else. Disappointed!

It may be that my experience at a different location was very good, great food, and amazing customer service. Here, from the ordering process to the end, there is no hint of how to deal with customers. Everyone I saw looked absolutely miserable and displayed it with customers. The food was fine, but they seriously need some customer service training.
