Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Stopped by for dinner. They had issues with their electronic ordering system but Alyssa took our order anyway. Our dinner was delivered to our table and Alyssa even came by to make sure everything was fine. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was hot and delicious! Even the fries were fresh and hot. They had a line of orders for frozen custard but got it out quickly. The seating area was very clean with Staff picking up the trays and baskets from the waste receptacles when customers left. Well done Alyssa and Staff. We will be back!

Very disappointed being my first time eating here, Hot dog taste like it was yesterday’s leftovers, The tenders were overcooked and crispy and very greasy , and it’s so cold inside the building you can’t even enjoy your food even if it was good !! Which I give this a 0 !! Be my first and last time coming here !!

We are serious Freddy’s lovers. Moved back to Louisiana from Denver last year. We drove from New Orleans to enjoy a burger. This was our favorite Freddy’s ever. The service was top notch and the food was hot and fresh. We will journey back again! Everyone was super happy and smiling and welcoming. Excellent vibe and staff. So yummy too!

A great eating experience. Even at 10PM, the bread, fries, and meat was fresh. Staff andanager went above and beyond for the late night burger run.

I love this restaurant. I have been eating here ever since they opened. And besides 1 or 2 bad orders. This is such a great place to have a lunch. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes from my food. Great service. Great employees, always nice and friendly and again besides having 1 or 2 bad orders, they were simple mistakes. Everybody took care of me very nicely. Love it and I've always gonna come back.

We went through the drive thru& wanted a malt but they were out. We got shakes...it just doesn't taste the same.

This place is always 75% good. The food may be fantastic one day, but the wait will be 45 minutes with an empty lobby and drive thru. Food ok, service fast, but they are inexplicably out of ingredients. Sometimes it's the drink machine being broken, or the card readers don't work.

Today's issue is being out of the signature jalapeño fry sauce, which is a shame because that's the best thing to go with fries.

Always a great stop when traveling on I-10 it’s my wife’s go to for burger and fries, my son absolutely loves the icecream and I go for the patty melt, anytime I can feed the family and everyone is happy it’s a win!👍

I've been twice. Both times, the food was good, the service was quick & friendly, and the place was clean. I recommend the cheese curds!
