Food was good and the staff were friendly and sociable. Good variety of foods so everyone can find something they like. The adorable short black woman up front was a delight (I hate describing people but I forgot to check her name tag before leaving) and had me giggling. Now a days people in fast food always seem to have an attitude but this whole crew seemed to get along, smiling and socializing while still getting our food out both quickly and correctly at the same time, I applaud that. If you're in the area I would give them a try

We love Jack in the Box breakfast. But this Jack in the Box should be avoided at all costs. Their food was greasy their eggs were just bad and the hash brown were dripping in grease. The people were rude, there were no napkins or condiments. Everything was dirty.

I ordered two jumbo jacks and received two small burgers. It had been a while since I ordered this and just thought that the size had changed like many companies are reducing sizes. I said that I would never go back to pay for a small burger. However, after looking at the menu on line, I see that there is a Jr Jumbo Jack what I'm guessing I received instead of the Jumbo Jacks that I ordered.

I came to buy tacos and they told me that they run out, and then I ask for chicken tenders and a shake, and she said they didn’t have anything, this people it’s so lazy that they don’t want to help customers, we ended going to a different fast food place

Paid for a medium combo and got this. Asked the lady which had a attitude wheres the medium fries, she said that is a medium. Food was gross, wasted $23. Definitely dont recommend eating here.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was bad. Employees didn’t want to work. Went through the drive thru and was told to come in. Just to order in the app. Then they didn’t have half of what we wanted. If they had just taken our order, we would have known what they didn’t have. It took over 30 mins! PS more like PSA: There was hair in my curly fry! I ordered curly fries but I ended up getting curly hair!

The guy at the window was very unfriendly. He brought our food out to us, and we were missing food. The taco order had just meat, no lettuce or cheese. Worst service I've ever had from Jack in the Box.
