They take more than 20 minutes to give you the food, and it didn't taste good. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE. absolutely awful service and they take a RIDICULOUS time to get the food out. we spent $60 for four meals and waited thirty minutes when they said it would be out in ten. when we pulled up and eventually got tired of waiting, they said “it’ll be a few more minutes, they’re kind of busy” but we were the only ones at the restaurant. it was 9:30 p.m. will NOT be coming back ever.

Waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line and was never asked for my order. Arrived at 0111 and was finally able to leave at 0148. Would have left sooner but I there was someone in front of me and someone in back of me. Finally the others started to leave and I was able to get out of the line. AWFUL!!!!!! Jack in the box lost a lot of customers

Not really a problem with the staff. But this kiosk deal is really dumb. I saw 3 staff members perfectly capable of taking our orders. Couldn’t get a receipt because the receipt machine was out of paper. Are we supposed to load the paper to? Are we supposed go to the back and get our cup to? Where does it end? Either ways you need someone up front managing the register area. If you are going to make me put in the order I should get a discount. I’m not incentivize to save money if I have to put in my order when the associate can do it for the same price. The bacon is fake and not the same.

3:30 am order food... the food very greasey... had to peed the hashbrown out of the paper... the breakfast sandwich grease, even the bread... don't make sense... I deserve a refund... don't even deserve that star

I used to love monster tacos at Jack-in-the-Box and they’re patty melts were pretty darn good also. Well, they quit making the monster tacos. In place of those they do two little tacos similar to monster tacos, but they never cook them long enough. And the place is not very clean

The place was empty at 9 am and I had to wait for a few minutes to be waited on. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude.
The soda machine half the sodas were out.
When my order was ready, she didn't give me syrup. I had to go up and again waited. I didn't have to ask she knew already.
Upon leaving, I used the bathroom. What a disgusting mess.
It was either crap or tobacco all over the toilet seat.
I didn't bother to tell her because it wasn't worth the wait.
I don't live in the area. However, if I ever travel through this area, I will not go to this Jack in the box EVER AGAIN.
She was completely racist. Two black guys came in shortly after us. She couldn't help them fast enough.
I did receive a call from the general manager.
So, hopefully, he can implement some changes.

Wouldn't eat here again, even if they paid me. Order a buttery smashed jack and got a hamburger bun cover in mayonnaise, ketchup, and tomatoes. But no meat, never again.
