Christmas eve me and my family went in Christmas eve we were 2nd in line with 10 ppl behind us girls working register had bad attitudes and made us wait longer for our food ppl that ordered after us got there order before us. Staff is soooo rude! Talked to us like they didn't have time to be bothered with our questions and ignored us the rest of the time we were in there for 50 mins. The impression we got was they were pissed to have to work bc we showed up0

Me and me wife went late night on a drive and decided to pick some food up to go. My wife ordered a coke and opened it only to find little bugs in her drink and on the ice after she had already drunk from it. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed with the service at Jack in the Box around 9:00 PM. Customers are asked to pull around, seemingly just to help improve drive-thru metrics, not to actually speed up service. I ended up waiting nearly an hour for just six tacos. This level of service is unacceptable.

They did not answer at the drive through. We pulled up to the window and they were hiding in the back by the fryers. We could see them clear as day, they were looking right back at us. This is truly embarrassing
