I’m very disappointed with the service at Jack in the Box around 9:00 PM. Customers are asked to pull around, seemingly just to help improve drive-thru metrics, not to actually speed up service. I ended up waiting nearly an hour for just six tacos. This level of service is unacceptable.
Showed up 0150 to be told they're on break till 0230. How do you close up your shop for 40 mins
Slow as hell only one worker and the food wasn’t good.
I'm typing this 1:53am April 24thI've been sitting here for 10minutes and dude in there sleep and I got another car behind me. Why you advertise 24/7 if your closed????
The food is good but the staff is ok some are a pleasure to have others not so much but that's ok people have bad days so I'll be back

They did not answer at the drive through. We pulled up to the window and they were hiding in the back by the fryers. We could see them clear as day, they were looking right back at us. This is truly embarrassing
I'm here at 12:30 on a Saturday and the doors are locked. No sign. Business hours listed on the door say it should be open.

They were out of the majority of the items I ordere
d through the app so had to get a partial refund. They handled this swiftly and had a good attitude. The burger however was lukewarm and dry and the lettuce was partially black from decay. The French fries were piping hot but mediocre flavor as though the oil was old. Staff was great but food was horrible. LOVE THE JIB commercials though.

Placed a mobile app with food and coffees, pulled up to screen and said my name , she then said we’re out of coffees, I asked to cancel my order, and get a refund, she said I would have to do it online, and get my money back for my order, I have been trying since I left and there is no where to get a refund, I have emailed 3 times and filled out the survey to get someone to call me back for a refund because I did not pick up my food. But no one has reached out to me and the charge is still on my account! Please help me get my refund. This is not a friendly way to order things on the app if you’re out of something, and I have had an employee there make coffees before for me while I wait.
Used to love Jack in the box as a kid, this place takes a few minutes to get your order done. So far as I moved to the Gonzales area not bad but could be
