Me and me wife went late night on a drive and decided to pick some food up to go. My wife ordered a coke and opened it only to find little bugs in her drink and on the ice after she had already drunk from it. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed with the service at Jack in the Box around 9:00 PM. Customers are asked to pull around, seemingly just to help improve drive-thru metrics, not to actually speed up service. I ended up waiting nearly an hour for just six tacos. This level of service is unacceptable.

The food is good but the staff is ok some are a pleasure to have others not so much but that's ok people have bad days so I'll be back
They did not answer at the drive through. We pulled up to the window and they were hiding in the back by the fryers. We could see them clear as day, they were looking right back at us. This is truly embarrassing

They were out of the majority of the items I ordere d through the app so had to get a partial refund. They handled this swiftly and had a good attitude. The burger however was lukewarm and dry and the lettuce was partially black from decay. The French fries were piping hot but mediocre flavor as though the oil was old. Staff was great but food was horrible. LOVE THE JIB commercials though.
The sauced mini tacos are my favorite.
