This group of people are absolutely amazing!! There personality and friendliness is spectacular! Every since moving to Gonzales I've gone in here several times an I'm always treated the same. The service is just outstanding! They go above and beyond to interact and help there customers. I had ordered an got important phone call and had to step out and the lady step outside to ask me what I wanted on my sub. That she didn't have to,but the fact she did was just so thankful and appreciated. They really do deserve a 5 star!! I will continue to go here because of the service they give. Always smiling!!

Staff gave good recommendations.

I've been to quite a few locations and I have to say that the staff at this location is one the friendliest. The way everyone got along and can joke around with each other is actually very refreshing. I literally had a smile on my face during my experience. Customer service is lacking in many establishments but not this one. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had very rude Staff I specifically asked them with no pork product and they still added pepperoni and when I called to let them know they were very unprofessional and rude

The Gonzales location is the best. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and seems to genuinely love their job and work environment. It always seems like the workers get along pretty well and are so patient and helpful every time I go in!

They lost one star because they didn’t cut the bacon in my bowl, but I did have a plastic ware set with a knife in it so I cut it up myself. They had my catering order ready & followed my instructions but one of the lids on the sauce I got on the side wasn’t on all the way so it spilled and everything smelled like vinegar from then on.

Service was excellent I had the pleasure of meeting with a girl name Jennifer she was amazing always smiled when she was talking to me and even helped me sign up for the jersey shore points I definitely will be back and can't wait to meet her again she also explained what the points will do and I loved my experience their every second I will be back
