When it comes to food, individuality and personality becomes second nature. To be a proper experience, this is essentially required now. & to be honest, there’s the lack. Service included kindness and respect, but where’s the individuality. Just another pizza place in my eyes. With catchy descriptions, but yet another chain. Food was okay, deep dish pizza crust slightly dry, but like I said. Where’s the individuality? Food for thought.

Pizza options are wide and various, you can customize your own as there are the usual options and some unique options. I especially like the ‘sweep the kitchen’ as it has a semi unusual pairing of foods yet make a very tasty combination that actually has enough vegetables on it to push pizza toward healthy. Nearly every employee I have interacted with was nice and helpful, never eaten in but there an inside dining area which is clean and simple.

First of all my bacon was burnt!! normally Im satisfied with my pizza never had that problem before but what's weird to me is that the owner or manager calls me the next day telling me he suggest I don't get bacon next time cause he can't remake pizzas because the bacon is burnt, Mr. I order what the heck I want to order, secondly you held a pizza then call your customer telling them what not to add on their pizza, if your establishment is that poor then maybe you don't need to be in business!! Thirdly!! I didn't file a complaint so there was no need to for you to call my phone with your opinions, and last but not least how about I don't patronize your establishment anymore because customers satisfaction is suppose to be one of your top priorities take the remaking of the pizzas up with your employees don't ever call my phone about some dry ass pizza because once you heard my voice and realized I was black u came with your suggestions!! If I were your color you would have been apologizing for the inconvenience! Never again will I spend a dime there!! My dollars can buy pizza any damn where!!

Johnnys food quality has dropped drastically and the manager on duty Terez is a horrible store manager. An online order was placed for a small pizza yesterday and look at what was in the box. Upon questioning the quality I was not offered a refund or anything. I only ate some of it bc I was thinking it may be alright but it was entirely too burnt and hard to swallow. This is an acceptable product to them. DO NOT I REPEAT patronize this business because if you ask them to politely make the pizza over again they threaten to call the cops on you especially if you look opposite of the store manager Ms. Terez if you know what I am saying. I am very disappointed in this experience and don’t plan on eating here again. I normally eat there once a week. I’m from Monroe and was raised on this pizza and I can assure you this Gonzales location is not up to par. Why would you knowingly let a bad product leave out of your doors.. The store manager was the one who thought this product was fine. It’s just sad that management lacks basic customer service skills.
Love the pizza!! I had an emergency for a lunch meeting we were hosting at a clients lication. The place we ordered lunch from wasn't answering their doors or phones 35 minutes before our meeting was supposed to start! Panicking i turned into Johnny's before they were even open...and they opened up, took my order, fired up the ovens and had me on my way with pizza to feed a dozen attendants at the meeting! That's AMAZING service! Forever grateful to Jihnny's in Gonzales!

Ms. Terez is one hell of a Manager. She's always quick to rush over and take your order and treats you with a smile. The lobby is always clean and presentable. This is one of the only dine in pizza places in Ascension and there Pepperoni Power pizza was hot fresh and delicious. What ever they pay her it's not enough and it's sad I couldn't leave a tip. So corporate has some room for improvement! Great Job T!

We searched for another pizza chain by name on the navigation to find out upon arrival that it was not a dine in location. We searched for other pizza places and realized that Gonzales was fortunate enough to have a Johnny’s Pizza House - even better! I wish we had one on Toledo Bend. Our favorite high school hangout after football games in Minden was Johnny’s. They really make the best pizza!We went in and ordered a large Pepperoni Power (extra cheese and extra pepperoni) and a small order of cinnamon sticks. We waited a decent amount of time and our food came out perfect!I consider myself a fan of Johnny’s in general, but I honestly cannot recall ever having their cinnamon sticks. Oh. My. Word! They were the best you’ll ever have! They were soft and buttery with a beautiful amount of icing!Don’t ever not order the cinnamon sticks here! YOLO
