Johnnys food quality has dropped drastically and the manager on duty Terez is a horrible store manager. An online order was placed for a small pizza yesterday and look at what was in the box. Upon questioning the quality I was not offered a refund or anything. I only ate some of it bc I was thinking it may be alright but it was entirely too burnt and hard to swallow. This is an acceptable product to them. DO NOT I REPEAT patronize this business because if you ask them to politely make the pizza over again they threaten to call the cops on you especially if you look opposite of the store manager Ms. Terez if you know what I am saying. I am very disappointed in this experience and don’t plan on eating here again. I normally eat there once a week. I’m from Monroe and was raised on this pizza and I can assure you this Gonzales location is not up to par. Why would you knowingly let a bad product leave out of your doors.. The store manager was the one who thought this product was fine. It’s just sad that management lacks basic customer service skills.

Love the pizza!! I had an emergency for a lunch meeting we were hosting at a clients lication. The place we ordered lunch from wasn't answering their doors or phones 35 minutes before our meeting was supposed to start! Panicking i turned into Johnny's before they were even open...and they opened up, took my order, fired up the ovens and had me on my way with pizza to feed a dozen attendants at the meeting! That's AMAZING service! Forever grateful to Jihnny's in Gonzales!

Ms. Terez is one hell of a Manager. She's always quick to rush over and take your order and treats you with a smile. The lobby is always clean and presentable. This is one of the only dine in pizza places in Ascension and there Pepperoni Power pizza was hot fresh and delicious. What ever they pay her it's not enough and it's sad I couldn't leave a tip. So corporate has some room for improvement! Great Job T!

We searched for another pizza chain by name on the navigation to find out upon arrival that it was not a dine in location. We searched for other pizza places and realized that Gonzales was fortunate enough to have a Johnny’s Pizza House - even better! I wish we had one on Toledo Bend. Our favorite high school hangout after football games in Minden was Johnny’s. They really make the best pizza!We went in and ordered a large Pepperoni Power (extra cheese and extra pepperoni) and a small order of cinnamon sticks. We waited a decent amount of time and our food came out perfect!I consider myself a fan of Johnny’s in general, but I honestly cannot recall ever having their cinnamon sticks. Oh. My. Word! They were the best you’ll ever have! They were soft and buttery with a beautiful amount of icing!Don’t ever not order the cinnamon sticks here! YOLO

Went to pick up our pizza we ordered online and had to wait for someone (short grey haired person) to stop making pizzas and come and help me. Also, two males in the parking area were arguing and he comes in and grabs his Johnny's apron and sits down. I think I'll have it delivered next time
Some excellent pizza, stopped in from out of town for a stay passing through and found this place. Would go back.

Sweep the Swamp pizza was everything I imagined it would be! So good!! Cannot wait to go back again for it, and also try the Sweep the Kitchen pizza! This was our first time ordering and we used a coupon that was sent by mail. Thank you Johnnys Pizza!! Keep those coupons coming and you will definitely see more of us.

I ordered through their app for delivery like I always do, I’m pregnant and hungry waiting at home for it. And over an hour later they still haven’t showed up. So I call them and the guy says the order is sitting there waiting for me to come pick it up because they don’t deliver. Like what the heck?! I’ve had it delivered here tons of times by ordering for delivery through their app. They didn’t even think to call me right after I sent my order in to tell me they can’t deliver it!?! Just had me waiting forever and nobody showed up. And when I called them and told them I couldn’t get up there to pick it up, that’s why I selected delivery, just give me a full refund…..they told me they weren’t sure they could refund me! And “hopefully it’ll be refunded but they weren’t sure because they couldn’t do it at the store”. I even added a 20% tip beforehand when I ordered. $42 down the drain. I was always a loyal johnnys customer since I’m from Monroe where johnnys pizza was originally started. But never again! Don’t ever order through their app or online because they’ll just steal your money with no promise of refunding you! What a scam!
