I ordered through their app for delivery like I always do, I’m pregnant and hungry waiting at home for it. And over an hour later they still haven’t showed up. So I call them and the guy says the order is sitting there waiting for me to come pick it up because they don’t deliver. Like what the heck?! I’ve had it delivered here tons of times by ordering for delivery through their app. They didn’t even think to call me right after I sent my order in to tell me they can’t deliver it!?! Just had me waiting forever and nobody showed up. And when I called them and told them I couldn’t get up there to pick it up, that’s why I selected delivery, just give me a full refund…..they told me they weren’t sure they could refund me! And “hopefully it’ll be refunded but they weren’t sure because they couldn’t do it at the store”. I even added a 20% tip beforehand when I ordered. $42 down the drain. I was always a loyal johnnys customer since I’m from Monroe where johnnys pizza was originally started. But never again! Don’t ever order through their app or online because they’ll just steal your money with no promise of refunding you! What a scam!

I went to Johnny’s pizza to have a pizza bowl. It’s the first place that I have been to that has a pizza bowl. A pizza bowl is a bowl of pizza toppings. I really liked it but there was barely any amount in the bowl. Maybe 1/8 to 1/4” of toppings. I believe that it might help some if there is a lot of pizza toppings in the bowl. It was really good. I really don’t care for food being cooked or heated up in a plastic container. Other than that I would go back will go back to try pizza on crust. Their pizza looks really good.

My personal opinion the best pizza I then had far as taste and quality wise. Made to perfection every time. Overall great customer service. if you debating on whether or not to try to Johnnys pizza house. You should try it I promise you won’t regret it.

Do not use their online ordering. I placed an order for two pizzas and was charged $44.22 on my credit card. I called to asked for utensils and ketchup for my order and I'm being told that they don't have my order. I verified the store address and they confirmed it. There is no way to cancel the order on my end so I'm going have to contact my credit card company to dispute this transaction. I wouldn't be using this place again.
