Upon arrival, there were two patrons sitting at tables, no one was at the counter or that appeared to be working in the back. Peeked in the back and looked around the almost abandoned looking restaurant. Then two guys finally came from the side. I asked for a two piece with a side of coleslaw. I double checked and made sure (after I’d paid) I received grilled chicken. Chicken looked like it was sitting there for several hours. Lukewarm and dry pieces of chicken, a leg and a small breast. The Cole slaw was good. Was excited about trying the grilled chicken again but that was a disappointment.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! They can’t even get a simple order correct. Won’t answer calls, so I had to order online, long drive through traffic, get home and order is completely WRONG, Chicken was a mess, half was off the bone, just a bucket of bones and meat. Ordered an 8 piece family meal with breast, thighs, wings, legs, I got thighs and legs, I made several calls to get it straight, never answered my calls. Pitiful excuse for a business! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE !!!

The driveway needs major improvement. Someone gone mess they car all up in the driveway with all the cracks nd holes. I ordered a famous bowl nd I was enjoying it until I seen hair or eyelash in the food. I called to inform them of this and they refuse to answer the phone. I am on my way back there as I'm typing this. No wonder they parking lot always looking dead. This is so unacceptable from this location.

I ordered in the drive thru and they were laughing and playing around then I got my food and they were still laughing because they didn’t give me what I ordered and the food they gave me was old

My credit card information was stolen from this location 2 days ago. The young gentlemen that waited on me along with another did appear to be shady but I thought nothing of it. Once I got home later that evening, I received notifications of online gambling and Walmart online purchases that were not mine. I had not used my card for 5 days prior to this as I usually carry cash or use my Apple wallet. Thus is pathetic and cruel. Please help mindful here! The guys were younger Black men, one with a beard and dark circles around his eyes and maybe 5’7, the other was taller and thin and a brown tone while the other was darker.
To add, they didn’t even have cheese for the bowl I ordered - that should’ve been a sign but I still ordered it and ended up with this! So upsetting.
The food was hot and fresh. My service was quick and friendly.

I purchase a potpie on 12/16/24, and it was old. The crust was so dry, when I touched it, it was hard as a rock. I tried to remove the crust from around the edges, but it was so overcooked it turned powdery instead of flaking. The employee should’ve said we’re out of potpies instead of selling me an old dry one. KFC DO BETTER!!
