The evening crew is totally unprofessional. I get it, they're a bunch of highschool kids probably, but I also worked at McDonald's as a teen & we were focused on getting things done and a little playing. They shorted a doordash order I placed on the app. So I went there to pickup what was missing. After telling the girls behind the counter what happened & what I needed, they relayed the message to all 6 girls on the counter and somehow I still had to wait at least 20 minutes on a slow Thursday night. After constantly checking with them that were hiding off to the side, they finally brought my order with no sorry, no complimentary drink, or no free dessert.

One worker there was sitting on a table taking to a young man when he grabbed her by her hair and brought her down to the floor and she is telling him to let go. There was a young child there running around the eating area. Don't know if was her child or his. Can say I want be eating there again.the burger was cold

This McDonald's is the worst. I dont understand how they can serve luke warm, mushy fries in the middle of a dinner rush. I asked for fresh fries and they had me pull up, took 10 minutes to get them to me, and they were STILL MUSHY! The burger was also hard on one side. Just terrible. Honestly, zero stars

They got my order Wrand it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. And somebody else's order head. hair in a burger. And I heard about one don't - order that somebody else picked up. What they did my order was.They didn't put tomatoes in my happy meals i had 3 of them and in my double quarter.Pound with bacon, one of them was not supposed to have lettuce and a put letters in all of them.But one that was supposed to have lettuce motto was just out screwed up. I will not be going to that McDonald's again. I'll go to Burger King before I go to that . There was only one nice girl there and I don't remember her name. She was the only one that was helping everybody that needed to be helped. And she was supposed to be there for 4 but they called in for 11. The date was.9/14/2025 at 12:19:12 thank you listening.

So im currently here at McDonald’s and the people are so rude here they seriously need to fix their customer service because this is every time I come here they are very rude and disrespectful on so many levels if you go in to order you’ll be standing at the counter for like 10 minutes before someone finally comes to take your order then your approached with an attitude My fries were literally cold and unsalted and I stood at the counter for like 10 minutes before they even acknowledged the fact I was there they had an attitude with me the whole time and lied to me saying they couldn’t print my receipt. The manager on shift at the time was literally wearing a shirt that had half her boobs out this is highly disrespectful in a work environment. Honestly I’d rate it a 0 if possible because this ain’t it at all.

I ordered a spicy McCrispy and when I go to open the bag when I get home, I find a sandwich with 1 pickle and NO TOP BUN , one bun a piece of chicken and a pickle in the bag.
They do not listen correctly when you order. my order is wrong almost every time i come here. horrible management.

Placed my order at the drive thru which was on the screen correct. Get to the window and the girl had added another item that I didn’t ask for. I told her a few times I did not order that. She didn’t give me a receipt so I asked if I was charged for that other item which she then lied and told me no. I check my banking app and notice she did in fact charge me more than what my typical breakfast order is. I mentioned this to her so she asks if I want the item since I paid for it already..I said no so she asked if I wanted anything else which I responded with just a refund. Made me pull forward to get a refund..I walked inside since there was no telling when someone would come out. Waited 10 minutes for this refund.

Worker at drive up wasn't friendly. The big mac was overcooked dried up and the bun almost burnt. The double cheese burger was also overcooked dried up and bun almost burnt. The driest burgers I have ever had. The fries were soggy. Aweful experience! I will stick to Chili's for sure!! They really do have the best burgers in town!!!!
