I wouldn’t go here if you want efficient service , food or anything for that matter . Sent cold unsalted food back and they just gave it back and gave me my burger upside down , I wish I could say it was a joke bc it actually felt like it all in all at least worker handing food was nice but never again will I be coming back !!!!!!if only they had zero stars 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Went in drive through line and ordered a vanilla iced latte. Line was already long and took awhile for me to make it to the first window to pay just for them to tell me after I ordered and waited so long that they didn’t have any vanilla iced latte. This the second time this happened to me at this same location but the first time I went inside and ordered and paid then they told me after I waited inside for awhile that they didn’t have any left .

Horrible service. None of the employees have any manners. There wasn't a single car in the drive thru and they still took forever getting the food out. Even asked me to pull up to clear their timer. They could definitely use some customer service training.

Please avoid. Took an hr for these ppl to make my order wrong 3 times.. don't bother with this place.

Had to repeat order to a male voice, food wasn't fixed how we ordered it but it was ok..
I made a mobile order and when pulling up I noticed that the line was a bit long so I made it a curbside order. I expected to wait a bit seeing as it was about 12 o’clock on a sunday. What I didn’t expect was to wait an hour for my food. I waited in the curbside apot for about 20 minutes and when my food never came out I decided to just go into the drive through. I explained the situation and they asked me to pull up and they would bring my food out. I waited another 30 minutes for my food before I went inside and asked for it again. I wasn’t never angry or upset because I work in fast food too and understand that orders are sometimes lost but when I went inside to ask for my food for a third time they said they made it already. I showed them my receipt and said that I never got my food and finally they agreed to remake it. I asked if I could have a refund and they said it wasn’t possible because the manager was busy. I just walked out and when I got home I realized that after all of that I ended getting a medium fry instead of the large fry I ordered. This restaurant is usually great but after today I will not be returning.
It’s McDonald’s. Smaller burgers , cold fries more $$

Quite possibly the worst franchise I've been to. Pro tip, if they ask you to pull to the second window, don't. They WILL forget you're there. Has happened to me twice. Now I just don't go.
I went through the drive thru window& ordered a half sweet& half unsweetened tea, easy ice. They got it wrong. But it was ok. I just wanted tea, ya know?! Maybe they'll get right next time.
So today is 03/05/25 at around 1:18pm I order 3 large caramel frapes at the drivethru and the guy who took my order had put 1 large and two smalls he said to tell the lady at the window to make them large when I pull up and asked the lady that they were large I asked if she can make them large she just said that I couldnt do that I said I asked for large frapes he the guy told me to tell to change then to large and she just refuse to do it. I dont know if she is having a bad Day or anything but I dont have nothing to do with it.
If i could give it a zero i would. The absolute worst mcdonalds in the area. Always slow. Never right. Made a mobile order and have been waiting for over 30minutes. Do not go here.
