VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was ignored by staff in the drive-thru and had to stand outside of their locked door to get someone to speak to me. They would walk past the door with their heads down so they couldn’t help me. I finally got the attention of one staff member by continuously knocking on the door and they spoke to me through the door. They apparently didn’t have my app order that I’d already paid for. I asked for someone to give me a refund and they walked away. I spoke to multiple people and apparently no one knew what to do. They even laughed at the whole situation. Eventually, no one came back to the door after I asked for someone to help me. So, I went to the drive thru window and tried to speak to them through there. They looked shocked to see I was still trying to talk to them and they tried to ignore me at the drive-thru window as well. I honked my horn multiple times before they finally spoke to me. They told me they didn’t have the McFlurry that I paid for on the app. If they didn’t have it, then why wasn’t it blocked from ordering on the app?? I have no proof but I don’t think they wanted to make my order. They were probably told by someone to deny any ice cream orders.

I was given a crazy story by a manager through the window that she wasn’t working and their other manager walked out or something. She said there were minors working that couldn’t help me with a refund. I told her how unprofessional this was and she gave me excuses. I was given some cash and left without my ice cream. I’m so upset my the situation and I will never come back to the Gonzales location ever again. But I guess that’s what I get for going to McDonalds.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had they forgot my chicken nuggets I want back around to tell them at the drive through they told me to pull up I did, I have 3 employees look me in my face and walk away, so I parked to go in for my food and this girl LAUGHED in my face as she handed it to me. I will never be back.

I pulled up yesterday to order and was told I could not order unless I had used the app!!!
Are you kidding me? Cannot order my food?
She said no! And so I drove away!!
Unbelievable!! Bad customer service at the least!! Will be contacting the manager to see why I could not order. Never again!

I waited in the drive thru line, patiently for 20 minutes after i placed my mobile order. Nobody was answering the speaker, nobody was talking to the customers. I assumed the speaker was broken, so i tried to go inside to pick up my order and the doors were locked. The other customers and I were reasonably frustrated because we weren't able to get our orders. I called the store phone twice and nobody answered. There were at least six workers inside the building and two smoking by the front door. I understand if they were out of certain items, short staffed (which they were not), the speaker was not working or they just were not accepting orders. It should have been communicated to the customers. They could have put up a sign, or stopped taking orders through the app. The store closes at 1am, and I went at 10:30pm. Needless to say they wasted my time and a bunch of other peoples time. 07/14/25

We came and ordered our food at the drive through, payed, and then everybody ran out after. Just a whole bunch of guys and one lady and one guy was walking with a cane and working. I’m not discriminating at all, but it’s the fact that you can do that but nobody came up to the window to let us know what was going on. We eventually got our drinks after having to honk the horn several times. Then everyone disappeared again and ran out again and eventually we got our food, after again having to get their attention because we sat for about 15-20 minutes. Mind you no one else was in line or inside. I believe this is the manager who was on duty tonight. She was clocking them out before we got our food.

Ordered on the mobile app and when we arrived they were taking longer than usual at the drive thru(no biggie) changed my order to counter pick up. Went to go inside and the doors were locked. So I called and they said we had to go to the drive thru(again no biggie.) got back in line waited another 15 minutes. So I called again and asked what do I do since it was saying my food was ready. They told me to come to the door and they will help me. So went to the door and first one of the workers looked at me and someone else standing outside at the door and proceeded to blow raspberries at us like a child. Then she came to door and just kept saying “we’re closed” when the sign on the door said they didn’t close until 1 am. Absolutely horrible service. And I completely understand if you’re short staffed. But no reason for workers to be playing around in the lobby if they are short staffed!

If I could give 0 ⭐️s I would. The absolute worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Customer service is HORRIBLE. It’s nonexistent at this place. The food is served cold and nasty. The bathrooms are gross so do t even think about using them. Just stay clear of this place. Drive a little further to another one. I’ll probable call corporate.

Iced coffees are very inconsistent and taste varies depending on who makes them. Out of 4 coffees only 1 tasted great as it should. The others tasted like coffee and water with little to no flavor, had to make adjustments at home to make the taste better
