No idea what was on my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel.
The soda machine and dispensers look like they haven't been cleaned in ages.
Same for the bathroom.
The floor had the film so it was slippery when you walked.

I guess management at this location really doesn’t care what their employees do. Went through the drive thru a few nights ago and I was told that they only had chicken nuggets because they were short staffed. I was confused because there were like 5 employees out front listening to music and getting high. Also they will never get your order right. I’m scared to even eat the food they serve now, I won’t be going back. I’m sure this will only help others know about this place because management doesn’t care how it’s ran, it’s just a big party place for them to hang out and get paid for doing a half job.

This place forgets something in my order most every time I go. The other day I pulled up in the drive through and they said they only had fries and chicken nuggets because they were short handed. When I pulled off there were four employees out front smoking. Today they forgot both my drinks and my hamburger patty.

around 7 am I ordered a sausage biscuit wand i was waiting on my order to be taken, the workers were just all looking in their phones by the bag station, and they were just walking by looking at me and it took one worker to tell me to use the machines. I didn’t think I would have to use the machine, but the customer service overall was trash. I didn’t get greeted when I walked in. The workers were rude when they gave me my food. It wasn’t a great atmosphere. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

The four cars in the drive thru eventually left after sitting and waiting with nobody answering the window. As we all drove around the store to leave the employee was just sitting on her cell phone.

Inside takes FOREVERRRRR. DRIVE THRU WILL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR 40 minutes before they even acknowledge you. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. The drive thru man was on his PHONE instead of taking orders.

Online says they close at 1am all of the employees are sitting outside right now not waiting on customers at all so if your hours have change please update them people are sitting in drive through not getting service

i haven’t been to mcdonald’s in a long time because they consistently always forget part of my order but i went to get the new grinch meal because i was so excited to try the pickle fries… what did they forget to put in my box? THE FRIES!!!! i got 2 packets of the seasoning and a bag to shake said fries in but no fries. i don’t usually leave reviews but this happened last time i went a couple of months ago for breakfast when they forgot to put my hashbrowns in the bag. something has to be done about this because we are paying for these items it should not be the “norm” to get the order wrong. if they started remembering my order they might even get tipped but this is ridiculous how consistently they mess up!!!!!! also, i waited in line for over 30 minutes … just for them to not give me the part of my meal i was most excited for.

Came for a frappe and they laughed and said we’re short staffed; we’re not making that you need to go to a different McDonald’s. Why have a menu when the workers pick and choose what they want to make? Absolutely disgusting.

I literally ordered a double quarter wit fries and a frappe. The frappe was straight ice and caramel base. The fries were definitely cold and old. All they do is play around and not even care about the customers it’s ridiculous. They be smokin inside the store. The crew has no type of home training it’s sad

The girl working the second window was very nice. The person taking my order you can barely hear them, and before I completed my order they are telling me to pull up. They messed my order up. I wanted a large sweet tea, they put a Dr Pepper. Then I asked for my burger with just meat and cheese. And it had everything on it. When I was trying to explain to them that I ordered a sweet tea and not a Dr Pepper. Another person walked up and asked what I wanted? What I want is for my stuff to be correct!

I placed a DoorDash someone took my food and I wasn’t notified, I contact multiple times and the workers didn’t pick up when they did the gave me an attitude I called one more time and ask to speak to the manager and she hung up on my face, instead of telling me or updating. Super rude works!!
