This place is a true dump! The machines do not print receipts, almost everything is out, and the workers lose orders. Hardly anyone in the place and they do not services well what so ever! Came in ordered breakfast. Did not get a receipt, grabbed my number, and sat down. Waited over 35 minutes and decided to ask where my order was. They not only looked confused but said we are not doing breakfast anymore and threw all the food out. I have to tell them my entire order again and then they proceeded to ask me if I was okay with them grabbing it out of the trash and reheating it for me. I said no and had to waited an extra 20 minutes for my food to be ready. The workers just stand and talk and do not do their job!! Absolutely dirty place and horrible customer service!! If you are looking for a McDonald to go to, go somewhere else!!!

Nobody said Hi or asked if they could take our order. So we surmised that you had to order for yourself, then when we got our order we assumed we were done but each time she would call you back because it wasn't complete.

The service in the drive through is extremely slow.. The workers are very unprofessional .. somebody from corporate needs to come and reteach these people or hire more

Fyi, there is no point in double car lanes if you only have one person working the window all you do is make wait times really long and I didn't get food for me but yall charge for extra sauce?!??!?! You just lost a good bit of customers doing that. Place is dirty, like I said wait times are long and of course they never have ice cream but there has to be a positive somewhere just haven't found it yet

The dining room is rarely open and it takes FOREVER to get through the drive thru. I’m guessing they are very understaffed, which is unfortunate.

KIOSKS! If I'm making the effort to go to your business, I don't want to use your app to order! There was nobody at the registers and after ordering with the kiosk app I had to find someone to speak with to straighten out part of the order that the stupid app couldn't do. HIRE PEOPLE TO WORK THE COUNTER. PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS FOR SUCH LOW QUALITY FOOD.

Shout out to the young man working breakfast line cashier. I asked for a certain modification (pork free diet) for my breakfast meal because I wanted a friend to try it out. Without hesitation he replied “I got you!” And rang it in. My friend actually enjoyed the breakfast sandwich so much He wanted another for later. So we stopped at several McDonalds along the I-10 west bound and asked for the same request and got denied our special request. So I wanted to shout out that young man today for making it happen for us what 3 other McDonalds couldnt! Thank you!

Order mobile drive thru order. Pulled into drive thru with multiple cars in front of me. For 10 minutes, no one spoke to either of the cars in front of me, while multiple cars behind me pulled away. So I parked and went inside to retrieve my order. After waiting 5 minutes inside, while a worker talked to friends who were there, i finally was asked had i order. I explained that i was just hhere to pick up an order, it was for drive thru, and since the line hadn't moved I'd come inside to get it. Then after waiting, a worker in what appeared to be a managers shirt told me i had to go through the drive thru to get the order. I explained i had been waiting, and another worker got my order pin, and walked back into the kitchen. 5 minutes later, she came back and told me I'd have to go through the drive thru. So i went back to my car and now waited in a much longer line to get my food. I've never received worst customer servive from a McDonald's. I frequent this location and must admit this was by far the worst experience I've had. But the manager should be fired. This was ridiculous and now in the drive thru , at the speaker, am told they don't have this order. Absolutely the worst experience I've had.
