Quincy the server recommended great appetizers and food , he was new I could tell but he was knowledgeable about the menu has a superb personality, and the rest of the staff was outstanding as they passed by the table they still checked in on us , a young lady assuming she may be a manager was very pleasant . I love the way they worked together walking the floor ensuring that the each guest had an experience . I am very pleased as customer service in a lot of places have gone out the window ! Nice job! Nice teamwork! Nice training !

I would not be back based on our first experience. For starters we requested a booth which was next to a table with two older woman. As we approached the table the guest sitting in the isle moved her purse as if she felt in fear seeing an African American couple. Then shortly paid and left. They had only eaten a salad. They looked comfortable until we arrived. The server MICA comes up and start explaining that the cheapest thing on the menu was bread sticks and endless salad or soup as if we couldn’t afford anything more on the menu. We finally ordered and she implied again that what we requested maybe a higher charge and she didn’t know if we could accommodate that. I proceeded to tell her that money wasn’t an option. It doesn’t matter the price. We don’t mind paying for whatever we want to eat. She also charged me for a dinner size portion when I wanted the lunch being that we came for lunch and I cannot eat large portions. She told me she charged me for the dinner portion because she assumed that if my partner was ordering from the dinner menu, then I was too. She never asked me if I wanted the dinner or lunch. She later replaced the meal after the encounter. We tip heavily as well but today we didn’t tip because we felt extremely uncomfortable and racially profiled. This has been the most racism we have ever experienced. We are two black women business owners with money that don’t mind going out and having a good time. We have never experienced racism before until today. I hope you three woman can learn from your mistakes. Cause I know Mica learned today. No good service, no tip. Treat others how you want to be treated, When you yts pass away yall turn black anyway so why discriminate against others because of the color of their skin in the present moment. Be blessed!

This woman Alexis was terrible as a server. We came out to enjoy a birthday and we continued to have high hopes after COUNTLESS mistakes!! OVER AND OVER AGAIN!! A few of them were, us not having anything for at least 10 mins and she was doing birthdays handing out others food meanwhile we had no drinks, bread, napkins, and soup/salad. We got the salad without tongs WAITED 7 mins for tongs! It was time to refill the salad she took the salad with tongs and guess what !? FRESH SALAD NO TONGS!! The salad stayed that way for 30 mins we never touched the salad. Our food came RIGHT with that couldn’t enjoy the bread nor the salad. Our table wasn’t touched after the entree she didn’t ask about refills we told her we had a birthday in the beginning and in the end she asked “what’s for dessert”. Meanwhile she’s apologizing to yet another table asking them to let her buy them dessert! This woman was apologizing to people all night ! I’m a twin mom I can barely get out the house this outing was terrible and I mean that. Food was amazing but the service was extremely disappointing!!! People don’t come out for DISAPPOINTMENT they come out for FUN or a great time. We came all the way from Laplace never again we will go towards Kenner/Metairie from now on.

10/10 experience, would definitely recommend!! My server Danielle was so helpful and nice, recommended some great options on the menu. Service was very fast and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was clean and overall just an outstanding experience!!
