This will probably be my last time at Outbacks. I usually go to Texas Roadhouse but this time we were too far away and really hungry. We had not been to Outback in a really long time because of food issues but we decided to give it another try since it was a different location. We went in around 3:00 and they only had 2 other tables so we were served quickly and the service was great. The options on the menu have alway been a bit limited but I got the 18oz bone in ribeye because they only have a 13 oz. My steak was cooked pretty close to how I wanted it and it really wasn't anything to complain about or send it back however it was really overloaded on the seasoning and I have serious doubt this steak was 18 oz before cooking. I got mashed potatoes that were barely warm, bland, and a small serving. My wife got the steak and shrimp and found the shrimp to be a little tuff but edible, the steak was cooked as she wanted it but again the seasoning was heavy. We also got an appetizer of mozzarella sticks which were overcooked and cold because we waited quite a while for them, I think they just forgot to call them in to the server for pick up. Overall the service was good but food was nothing special.

Our experience was outstanding. Our waiter was personable and available whenever we wanted anything and anticipated all of our needs. The food was excellent and prepared exactly how we ordered it. Everything was served promptly. And the biggie for me is dishes were removed from the table promptly (I hate sitting with dirty dishes all over the table)! The bar drinks were fun and tasty (you can’t beat a drink with a shark in it, lol).

I ordered the steak bite dip? It was very salty and the steak was MIA. Sorry Outback, I was looking forward to enjoying this meal. Our waitress was fantastic, very attentive. Management even came to check on us . Why didn't I say anything? I was eating my salad which was fun and had not sampled the dip yep. Lesson learned, no steak dip for me.
I couldn't complain. We had a little wait for our food (busy Saturday evening) Food was cooked just how we asked, amazing taste, wonderful server! Definitely worth stopping for a great steak!
