It took us 20 minutes to get our drinks because my husband asked for Lime juice but they didn’t know how to make it. As a Vietnamese restaurant how don't you know how to make limeade. The spring rolls had no flavor and the sauce was watery. The menu isn’t authentic and when I asked for Pho Nam the girl didn’t understand what I said… very americanised restaurant. The Pho didn’t have good flavor even after I added sriracha and hoisin sauce. The meat was over cooked and dry. The restaurant was very pretty the presentation was good but I will not be coming back again.

Spring rolls= no flavor, sauce was thin and wateryEgg rolls=came from a box ( you can buy at any Asian store)Special pho w/rare beef= beef not rare, tendon pieces too big and undercooked (tough and chewy) some not edible, broth was thin and tasted like it was made from a powder.The tea was bitter and cloying as if it was overstepped.As for the service = terrible, wasn't ready to order so the waiter stood at the table and waited. Nothing like feeling pressured to hurry up and order. After only taking a few bites from my pho and pushing it back the waiter never bothered to ask why I wasn't eating, or what was wrong, plainly stated the bill was $65 and some change. Needless to say but we won't be back. Recommend you don't go. Expect more for your money people. If you work hard for it, this ain't where you wanna waste it!

First time trying today! Thanks y’all for a great lunch! This place was so good! The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very clean. The food was awesome too! Y’all gotta try the coffee too. It was so so so so good! Sweet and a little salty and just a little bitter. It was seriously so good! I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. We’ll be back again!

This a great Vietnamese restaurant. I've been to Gonzales a few times for work, and this has become my go-to restaurant anytime I'm in the area. The best banh mi I've tasted so far and the pho is really great as well; I imagine everything on the menu is good. It can get a little busy during lunch, but that's a sign of a good restaurant. I ordered 2 bacos to go, I waited 25 minutes until asking where they were at. They said they “had to make a new batch” 10 minutes later they brought them out cold. So I don’t know how I got a fresh batch but they were cold? Hopefully this was an off day but I never see anyone in there so it’s probably for a good reason.

Last night, I ordered shrimp pho and shrimp bacos. Both were absolutely amazing!! The pho was enough for me to eat for lunch and dinner, as well as share a cup of it with my co-worker. For the serving sizes, the food is priced accordingly!! I highly suggest this restaurant!
