See I used to work at Pizza Hut this one to be specifically they do not clean any of their grease traps the whole place always dirty the food greasy the dishes that they use the pants to make the pizzas dirty when I quit the new manager over there was telling everybody I got fired when I quit so it’s crazy to me. Why somebody’s talking about somebody when they quit you know I think that’s just crazy, but I do not recommend this store at all.

This location is awful! I have tried multiple times to order from here and it just keeps getting worse. Tonight this is how our pizza showed up. If I could zero stars I would. For the amount you pay for food this is ridiculous.

Wish I could give it ZERO stars. Ordered delivery and the app said pizza was in the oven and getting delivered at 9:22. Called to check the status at 9:40 because we still hadn’t received it. Nobody answered. Called again and got automated message saying my order was cancelled? Not sure why it was cancelled and why the app said it was in the oven if it was cancelled. Tried to call again to speak with someone and no one answered the phone. Got in touch with someone telling me the store was closed. (Google says midnight and their door says 10 pm but this was 9:40? I ordered at 8:40.) Requested phone number to file complaint and no one answered that phone either. I was told to call before midnight. Will not go back to this pizza hut.

This Pizza Hut never answers the phone or they hang up on you. Customer service is terrible. Middle age cashier woman hates you and she hates her job. 50/50 chance of getting the pizza you paid for. They consistently either do not have the toppings you paid extra for or they point out the one single piece of topping on the pizza that counts.

When we opened the pizza box we realized we had been given someone else’s pizza. Called and was put on hold 5 times by the restaurant and then they hung up on me every time. This took 45 minutes without luck and kids were starving so I drove to location.
As I entered the store the lady at the register looked at me with disgust and inconvenience. She was an older with lady glasses, thin blonde hair, but white ponytail. No nametag. No name on the receipt. I waited my turn in line. I quietly explained to her we had accidentally received the wrong order, no problem because it happens. She opened the pizza box I returned and began yelling at me in front of all the workers and several waiting customers, proceeding to tell me that I was the one who was wrong….before even knowing what my order had been. I was humiliated. So I asked her very quietly and politely if she could be a little nicer and she yelled again to another worker across the kitchen “I’m gonna need you to come deal with this customer.” The next younger lady that took her place was a tad nicer but immediately asked to have the back remake our pizza. When the pizza came out it was missing one of the toppings I paid for. I told her it was missing a topping and she said didn’t know what to do. So Ieft and will not return to this store.

The lady at the counter was dividing up tips. I was standing there for a little while before she acknowledged me. When she did she asked someone to go get my order and when I got it. I didn’t know what my son ordered so when I got home I asked him and his wings were wrong. He ordered us a pizza and he said he ordered extra beef and extra cheese with light sauce. None of that happened the way it was suppose to be. Let’s see there is 8 slices and probably about 22 pieces of meat spread out over the large pizza. I bit into it and all I got was sauce. Also the lady at the counter in the bun. She was talking about people at the counter. Sure people don’t dress right, but we shouldn’t talk like that in front of customers. Things like that just don’t look good for business.

Terrible customer service I ordered delivery and did not recieve all my food. No one answered the phone at the restaurant and the customer care was useless. Thank good for the doordash driver she was nice enough to go back for my wings. Save your money and order carryout.
Ordered a stuff crust hot honey pepperoni pizza. Received a pepperoni pizza with no hot honey and not stuffed crust. Called the branch and they pick up and hang up or it continues to ring over and over.

Hardly any toppings or sauce. Dont waste your time. The wings are the only redeemable thing. Seriously go to dominoes. Pizza hut has lost itself. You cant hardly taste anything other than bread. Hell even the cheese sticks tasted bland. The wings are fire!! Everything else is garbage. No flavor
