1st time visiting. Went mainly for the beignets. We were visiting from Texas. I tried to Peppermint Bark Mocha hot. It was delicious. Will definitely visit again when we visit Louisiana. ?

I go to pjs at least 4-5 times a week. Service is always 5 star. Not today. Lid no placed securely on my hot latte and wasted on my thigh. The guy in that handed it to me “ Sorry, (as if it was a drop of water) you need napkins?” Thanks for the concern.

I was from out of town, but decided to give PJ's a try. I got the king cake drink, and it wasn't the best king cake flavored drink I've ever had. Very bland! But I enjoyed the king cake, and beignets. Not sure I'd go back, but it was nice to try a new coffee shop.

When I tell you them cinnamon rolls is the best ever. Honestly my first time in the N.O and looked this place up for a coffee shop and this popped up first. When I come back this will be the first place I come to. You will never be disappointed I promise.

I come here at least 5 times week. 3 out of those 5 times my drink is not correct. I order the same drink ever time. What's the point in repeating the order to me and it not be correct when I receive it. Today was different tho. My drink was beautiful. I ordered a lg Caramel Velvet Ice with no whip and extra caramel drizzle and that's exactly what I received.

I love PJs (I frequent the one in Gonzales) It's such a nice alternative to some of the other "sterile" coffee house chains. There is a local feeling at PJs. Baristas are friendly. They know many of the patrons by name. If you don't like your coffee for any reason, they gladly remake it for you, no questions asked. They are also accommodating in adapting their offerings to your particular taste and/or dietary needs. The Velvet Ice is a favorite of mine as well as both the hot and iced Mocha. They use cane syrup to sweeten their drinks which is nice for those wanting to avoid artificial sweeteners. I feel comfortable and never rushed at PJs, and often bring a friend along. There are comfortable oversized chairs where you can sit and leisurely chat. The prices at PJs are also much better than the other chains. Recommend

I basically live in the drive through. Service is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Please remember to tip- the staff isn't paid minimum wage, and they're always courteous. I love the almond croissant (warmed up), mocha granita, and their cold brew mocha.
