drive thru clerk had no manners. did not greet me just looked at me for payment then proceeded to charge me for a drink that i didn’t get since they were out of fanta. I also asked for dark meat and got a breast instead of a thigh.

To tell people y’all not participating in the Big Box deal that’s clearly being advertised on TV is a shame and I can see why this location is losing money.

Pulled up a few mins after 9pm (close at 11) saw a fresh batch of chicken up and a fresh order being bought out to another car. Pulled up to speaker and was asked to wait. After waiting the system is magically down and they are not taking any orders.

*Next time please advise your employees to make sure their headsets have turned completely off... to make it actually believable that the system is down.

“Closes” almost an hour early. Staff are lazy and don’t complete online orders.

Extremely rude I asked if still open response negative said duh then told me bye . Lol omg avoid this location

Drive thru service is horrible you wait in line for 10+minutes to get someone to answer to tell you to wait again. Need better employees better service

Was great. My recommendation is to skip the sides and order more chicken. Easy pitstop for a snack bathrooms on a road trip. Was my father's first time having Popeyes and he was very impressed. However use caution when trying to eat and drive. The delicious and crispy chicken made a mess in our uhaul. Popeyes just hits better in Louisiana

We were told to move forward on the drive thru line. We were waiting 15 minutes while we saw every car behind us get their food. Finally my husband went inside to ask and found out they hadn’t even dropped the chicken for his meal yet. We were there in total for 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru line. No apologies or offers for coupons/discounts in future. We will never be back.

Service was decent, didn’t offer anything or inform us in any deals. Went through the drive-thru and didn’t notice until we got down the road there was no forks in the bag.

Normal Popeyes, but order was wrong. Did not get dipping sauces with tenders. Bone in chicken tasted old.
