We had a group of 8 and forgot to call ahead but they welcomed us with smiles and no attitude. We ordered 2 tailgates, 10 toasts, a tailgate of fries and they came out hot and fresh and we didn’t even wait 10 minutes!! Beyond impressed. I can honestly say this is the best canes I’ve been to

Bright red hair wrapped up underneath my chicken, usually my orders come out amazing but this time I cannot believe I found another persons hair in my order. Mind you my hair is black/brown. Please get your workers to be more careful and cleanly! I’m grossed out now.

Their chicken is abysmally small. They used to be regular sized tenders, but now they are 2-3 inches. More like chicken thumbs.
SO disappointed to see corporate greed overriding the quality they were once known for. They need to get their old distributor back because the new chicken is making Cane's look cheap and like they are screwing over their customers!!!

Kids born in BR. So it's what they want. I just wanted a chicken sandwich. It was chickenish. Line was in grocery depts' parking lot. So we went in (love the disco ball) food came fast. But dropped it do to parking stripes being thick & slick in light rain right in front of door. Good vs. Bad 😔

Food is always consistentantly good, staff is always friendly and helpful, the place is clean and well tended to, but that music is loud. Maybe I'm just old 😆

Forgot my toast and couldn’t understand that I wanted a large drink and still gave me a regular. Just needs to listen better
