My first clue should’ve been only a couple of cars in the pothole filled parking lot at peak lunch time.Only two families dining when we walked in.No soap in the dispenser in the mens room, so I check the ladies room…no soap there either.Back to the mens lavatory for at least a rinse…no water either.We place our order and wait 30 minutes for it. Wife’s chicken parm is steaming. My spaghetti/meatballs is room temperature.I ask the waitress to warm it up in the microwave. I figured maybe 30 seconds, right? Four minutes later I have to go ask for my plate. Still, keep in mind, there’s hardly any customers in there, so the kitchen staff shouldn’t have been overly busy.I get my plate back in it’s still just lukewarm.

Received a birthday coupon and went to Rotolos in Gonzales, I had forgotten how good the pizza was. Ordered Lasagna and it was delicious as well. Had to go back the next day and ate again. Serenity is the best - friendly, outgoing, and a joy to visit with in the restaurant. The chef who prepared and cooked our pizza was great and friendly as well. This is our new PIZZA place.

My biggest concern is who the heck puts a curb In a parking lot like this?????! ??♀️ Look at how damaged it is for being in such an awful spot! The owner needs to give a crap and get rid of it before someone gets hurt on this d**** pointless piece of cement for goodness sake!!

I would give it less than 1 star if possible. Food is good, but service is awful. I would suggest going to a different Rotolos. I know that's what I will be doing from now on.

You should coach your bartenders not to discuss how dirty and disgusting their long finger nails are in front of customers. They handle guest's food!!!! Seriously??? I get you guys are short staffed and will hire just about anybody, but if you want to keep a customer loyalty y'all need to correct this. As a manager myself, I also know it's against health code regulations to have her nails painted. Coach your staff on health and sanatation!
It’s giving me Cracker Barrel vibes if you know what I mean ??♀️Super weird and I’m sure their usual “customers” feel great there because they all were staring me down like a wild animal. I just felt like something was done to my food so I just threw it away. And it’s sad because I always order from them but it’s through DoorDash. That was my first time inside. Not going back in there.
